I’m so flustered

so i skipped school today to join my parents on their doctors appointments, and as we are going to the first office, kids from a school we passed were being released. i saw a group of boys and one of them was further behind messing with them, and the rest were walking backwards facing him. the boy messing with the rest of the group saw me watching from my car and we weren’t going too fast (it was a busy road), so he stopped and waved to me, smiling that “hey you’re cute” smile and i have now died. that was too sweet but weird and i still don’t know how to feel about it
