Today I choose to be silent and listen / listen to God's plan and or listen to God's creations and the morning sounds of birds and breeze and cars moving by / today I choose to be outside my mind and or in between my thoughts / today I will be still and will not make any decisions or try to dissect anything I will just observe and absorb / it's ok to just be present sometimes / I feel I need to regroup and calm my thoughts and ease out of the confusion if any / I just need to be a spirit today not a human being but just the soul just the calm ..just my eternal integrity / if that's ok with you God / and to those reading this I recommend it every now and then / a form of enlightenment / #APACHE #love #calm #mantra #affirmation #humility #serenity #hope #faith

Sometimes in our daily lives we tend to rush and hustle and not look around or we may find ourselves too busy to stop and roll down our window and offer some change and a smile or we may walk by or walk over the man laying in the street like he is non existent but ..I have news for you he does exist and you don't know their story ,,,there is such a thin line in life that we could loose everything or everyone in one day ..and have nothing / we could loose our minds from mental illness and not have the capacity to work or take care of ourselves / I am grateful everyday I wake with shelter and all 5 meals to eat everyday / and I don't ever take it for granted / in these extreme temperatures of summer people are suffering out there of dehydration / be mindful of your sister and brothers / lend a hand / give bottled waters and money and help as much as you can ..homelessness is an rising epidemic of all ages ..I helped a young man who looked like he could have been in his late 20s with tears in his eyes yesterday and it was about 100 degrees and everyone drove past him / it's an example of how love is a need / lets get it together #endhunger #homelessness #hope #love #lendahand #give #morning

Halt ..wait and stop and think before you act today ..for it is not the body but soul within that needs nourishing and tending to and it is not the action at all but the choice to create the action just like it is not the gun but the insane person holding it with evil intent .. . In light of the Orlando shooting ..obviously we all know we need to grieve today especially for those families but we need to grieve for the loss of love in many places we need to grieve for the hate that is being born in many people's hearts today .love is what makes this world go round and work better and the less of it ..the less time it will spin correctly and do what it's supposed to do ..say a prayer for them today but say a prayer for peace and pray for an enemy or someone you may not pray for much or someone you would never pray for ..pray for the ability to love more and be good to your neighbor ...create a huge space for it in your heart because light overcomes dark regardless and light has no shadow ..be that light and center yourself in the center of it ..we are meant for it .. #orlando #noviolence #peace #nonviolence #hope #devotional #love #worldpeace #joy #unity #prayfororlando

Dear God good morning , I woke up today of course uncertain like many others and most likely it's that Monday vibe ...I woke up today not knowing my mission / so I ask of you to pray with me today God not just to listen to my prayers but to pray with me ..lets come up with ideas together ..I will surrender all my will and life over to you for ideas and renewal ..help me to be open though and guide me in every step and ingredient ...help me be more patient and compassionate and clear so I can be open to these great ideas ..and I also want to be alittle better than I was yesterday so help me start a new 24 hours today and just be in the flow ..I make myself available to our teamwork this week ..it's me and you God against the whole entire universe ./my dreams can manifest in your abundant universe but I need help in not resisting and not being distracted and especially with aligning with my thoughts and dreams ...we are an awesome team me and you and me and you combined God is just straight up enlightenment and I feel good I mean great knowing I have you on my team #Me&God #inspiring #instalike #love #prayer #meditation #art #monday #morningmotivation #morningprayer #coffee #enlightenment

As I mediated this morning I felt a presence in the room with me / and as I listened it paced around the room effortlessly and I could hear it more than I could feel it ..and the more I listened the more it was apparent that something was in the room with me ..I woke up tired and troubled this morning with my back against the wall ..feeling hopeless and tired and trying to regroup ..as I attempted to gather myself the more I heard it ..more than one footstep sometimes it felt like a few entities were in the room with me / maybe even my dog that passed recently ..but it was when I needed it the most / I have really gained allot of scars in life which makes me even more like a lion today than ever or part of that lion ..and some of you may see Jesus but I see a lion protecting me cause that's what I feel like when I am proud and even weak ..and maybe that's what was pacing around the room ..but the sound is gone as I type this so I will remember my time alone in the spirit rhelm this morning with my beings of light .. And I always know that The Lion of Judah shall break every chain no matter what ..so I go with faith today cause I don't have all the answers #lionofjudah #Jah #Allah #God #hope #love #enlightenment #prayer #faith #love
