Of the scandal it would be, the lady of the
kingdom, draped beautifully with a savior, a
knight, rather than a prince, let alone her
fiance. With how long this has been going on,

other and the occasional sneak off into privacy.

his features and his hand slowly moves away, his

lace ties. His hands were slow, making peace at the
ties, crisscrossing to unfold them when needed, letting
the dress slowly loosen onto her frame.
His hands were rough, signs they had been used in labor for so long. Yet his touch was gentle against her skin, as if he worried that if he was not careful, she would surely break.
& Perhaps she would, but Barbara liked to believe she was stronger than she looked. Her elegance was easily mistaken as weakness, however she believed he understood her strengths.
She blushed as he moved to be behind her, his hands roaming along her slender frame, finding the ties and unlacing her dress. The scene was indeed one no one outside of this room should dare to see.
❝ How scandalous of me. Allowing a man to see me so indecent. ❞ She joked quietly, holding the dress up so that when it was loose enough, it would not come falling off. Although, perhaps that what the be both of them had been hoping for.
She went to the wardrobe once the dress was undone, reaching for her dressing gown. She allowed the dress to fall, the blonde blushing faintly. This was not the first time he had seen her in such a state, nor did she believe it would be their last. Nevertheless, she always felt a sense of embarrassment. However, she covered up, if only to save herself a bit of her own pride. Although if he were to object, she was sure she would willingly give in to his requests.
