If we see that the wave is inseperable from the ocean, that the thought is inseparable from emptiness, then no matter how the mind is, we have peace.

In Dzogchen meditation texts it says again and again whatever is occuring stay present with that, don’t try to get away from it, don’t try to control it, don’t try to change it, but be present with it, it will vanish, it always vanishes.

If you look back in your life every experience you’ve had has gone. As we get older and look back our life is truly like a dream.
