So... It's no secret that my heart beats faster when I listen to this man speak and sing. He is incredibly insightful, funky, silly, deep, lovely, unique, beautiful, groovy and sweet in every way possible. I appreciate him for sharing such beauty with anyone who is willing to listen. I appreciate him for being exactly who he wants to be, despite any judgements that may come his way. Thank you, Devendra.

P.s. It was an intimate venue and I was lucky enough to be at the very front. I was basically sitting on his lap.

As my bangs continue to take FOREVER to grow out, I will continue to work on my patience. Funny how something like hair can help you with goals in life. At any rate, my hair was in a bun before these pictures were taken, hence the craziness of my bangers. I happen to have an infatuation with Karen O so these silly photographs reminded me of her spastic ways. I mean no disrespect Karen, you beaut!

This is Stubs.

A Few Facts About Stubs:

Stubs is a bearded dragon lizard.

He lost one of his limbs before he came to live with Nicholas.

Stubs is kind.

Stubs is patient with people.

I had the great fortune of seeing a long time love of mine a few days ago. Coldplay, that is. I fell in love with them in 7th grade when their song "The Scientist" (a personal favorite) came on during an assembly and well, the rest is history guys. They were simply and utterly amazing. Everyone was given a wristband which lit up during the show which made the whole place glow. I felt like a firefly amongst many other fireflies. It was magical. Chris Martin, you beautiful being!

And I may or may not have been crying within minutes of them playing.. tears of pure joy. 

Additionally, Metronomy opened for them and let me tell you, they are some groovy musicians with the funk. I thoroughly enjoyed every second that they played and couldn't help but do a little jig the entire time their sweet music played.
