an Alternate Universe version of Acronix who is *definitely* in the wrong timeline lol... also dealing with a lot of changes that only appeared after the Merge??

Blog itself is after the Merge!

This version of Acronix is from an alternate universe where he was abandoned by Krux - and ended up being redeemed by the Ninja! As a result, he was never on the Iron Doom, and was in Ninjago for the rest of the show. He was there during Crystallized, but after the season end, and before Dragon's Rising, he ended up being caught for nefarious reasons by the Mechanic. The Merge freed him, though, and now his body is changing! He also has regained his powers over Time, as well as the powers Krux used to wield, and has to relearn them... and that's not even the worst part - the worst part is that he's no longer in his original universe! Or... is it...? What shenanigans shall proceed?

Ration your foods, take note of what the wildlife avoids, and find and follow a river.... civilization always gathers near rivers somewhere

You should. Reliable source of water, great place for farming, animals will always come by eventually - only makes sense to start building a civilization around a river

Sadly water and farm animals are not great fuel sources...

... that is true, but finding civilization does give you a better likelihood at finding a fuel source! Most places nowadays should have at least some kind of modern fuel

He'll wave his hand, "Nothing much, it'sss not that important. So, today's your birthday?"

Jay was pulling out food from the bag. “Yep, unfortunately- Never been huge on my birthday.”

He'll blink before nodding, "That's fair... I tend to jusst forget about mine.."

“Same, the sushi is only if I remember.” Jay smiled at Acronix as he picked up a pair of chopsticks. “What day is yours, anyways?”

"Today," he answers casually as he grabs his own pair of chopsticks, "I was going to go get a cupcake in a bit"

Jay just paused, a piece of sushi in his chopsticks and halfway to his mouth. He looked over at Acronix. "Is when-?"

"Today," Acronix doesn't notice the reaction, instead more focused on enjoying the sushi

Jay was silent for another moment, simply processing this newfound information. "Duuuuude- We're birthday twins-!" He nudged Acronix with his elbow, grinning, "What are the odds we have the same birthday and everything that's been happening to the two of us? Wait a second- What are the odds..."

Acronix shrugs, looking towards Jay with a small smile, "I guess so? Oddsss are probably pretty low.."

"Still pretty cool; and the odds are very low." Jay gave a soft shrug. "Eh, probably a coincidence, right-?"

He nods, "Probably, yeah..."

Jay paused for a moment, staring down, before giving a shrug and eating some delicious sushi.
