A 2 Month Old Dream

Did I mention how I had a dream a while back that my mom dropped me off at some apartment complex and I found this matte greyish blue stone in the middle off the grass, and then this handsome but rough older man with a fro and beard came up on some John Constantine shit and asked me to help him with the stone. Apparently he was an alchemist and said he couldn’t tap into the full properties of the stone. He claimed he had 2 other witches try,

(he, like myself, put all spiritual workers as witches in reference to our class. He looked at us as different from the mundane but related to each other despite culture/religion/ethnicities)

but they apparently failed in his experiment/project which I still am in the dark about. I had wondered what had happened to those other witches - but - I was too curious as to what the hell he was working on to ask. I assumed they just failed and went home? I hope. That was never answered.

He took me into his apartment and the whole place looked like an alchemist lab full of beakers and glasses full bubbling liquid. There was a small platform the stone was to sit in (how the hell it got outside in the grass is beyond me) and he left me to get settled and get to work while he went to shower. He seemed like his mind was preoccupied but he did divulge that he lured me there to help him figure out the full potential of this stone. The dream ended sometime after he came out the shower in just a towel, oblivious to my eyes wandering his body as he was looking to see what I got done. I don’t recall much else but yeah, that was a weird ream. I had wondered if I would be running into any alchemists because of that. Never met any. If any catch this post, if you need a witch to be some sort of ingredient to your experiment just ask, don’t trick is into helping hahaha!

Got a theory on this finally 🧐🧐🧐

Finally getting back to my theory. Okay, so basically I’m just convinced now, the “blue gray stone” was this labradorite pendant and the spirit attached to it sees himself as an alchemist or sorcerer and has been possibly using my connection to other “witches” as a means of tapping into its power to…study the effects of it. Why you ask? Because he’s bored 🤷🏽‍♂️I’m not sure.

But i just put two and two together what the stone was when i looked back over this post by @reddpenn

And realized my pendant used to only be the labradorite around the time of this dream.

Now my next question is what is he hoping to gain from this pendant?

7-25-21 🌕

I’ve been keeping my pendant on my “totem pot” i call it, and the longer i go without wearing it the more clarity i have. I felt like my Witch persona left the room. Like my personal need for magic was moot and i was okay with that. I retained other natural abilities. But the things I’ve learned helped me strengthen those abilities. And all the while wearing this pendant I’ve made. I realized i bought it when i wanted to study the craft more and looked for mentors. The studies have brought me to a point of experience that others now seek my council. Meanwhile i turn to my council that guards the portal to the womb of the earth and I’ve realized it’s a teacher. A spirit my spirit called out to. And I’m honored it chose me to show me this amazing path.

So update, whew, child… i gave this talisman to my chief in the Cherokee tradition after a ceremony where he used a deer tongue in a sacred fire that granted blessings. I ended up moving to San Antonio shortly after, closer to my mother then her and my step dad moved in down the hall from me.

I would live here for 2 years before another dream manifested a change of environment… stay tuned for that update.

You go to your closet and you select out, oh I don’t know, that gaslight gatekeep girlboss meme, for instance, because you’re trying to tell the world that you think modern feminism has been co-opted by corporations. But what you don’t know is that that meme is not from Instagram, it's not from Twitter, it's not from Tiktok, it’s actually from Tumblr. You’re also blithely unaware of the fact that in January 2021, Tumblr user missnumber1111 posted, "today's agenda: gaslight gatekeep and most importantly girlboss." And then I think it was a-m-e-t-h-y-s-t-r-o-s-e, wasn’t it, who reblogged it with an image of the phrase edited over a piece of "Live, Laugh, Love" wall art? And then gaslight gatekeep girlboss showed up in the feeds of eight different Twitter repost accounts. Then it filtered down through Instagram and then trickled on down into some tragic “alt side of Tiktok” where you, no doubt, fished it out of some clearance bin. However, that meme represents millions of notes and countless Tumblr users and so it’s sort of comical how you think that you’ve made a choice that exempts you from Tumblr when, in fact, you’re wearing the meme that was selected for you by the people in this room. From a pile of “stuff.”
