I’m not trying to blame people or start a feud. I’m just saying, why is this so and why do y’all feel like this is justified? He stays back on set every time a member has a solo shooting left as we’ve seen multiple times then may I ask why was Jimin alone on the set of serendipity for 42 hours with literally no one to support him there?

Why is Jimin ALWAYS on the front lines when a member is crying/hurt/needs support and when Jimin needs the same, he is literally ALWAYS crying in a corner on stage with the exception of that ONE time Jungkook comforted him.

Why is Jimin the one who hypes up every single members solo projects to the point where it’s a given for us to assume that JM will post in 15 mins of a solo release by a member BUT when serendipity and promise were released there was none AND MIND YOU none of the six who tweeted about it or promoted it till the time Hoseok made him a CD for his song. Y’all know why that jihope moment was so fucking special for everyone because for the first fucking time in forever, Jimin got back some of the love he’s been giving away for YEARS. It was special because Jimin, for once, was on the recieving end of support and pride for his solo work.

I had this one taehyung stan on twitter (@jnkhye) say that, Tae never asks for JM to wipe his tears so JM should mind his own business instead. Bitch, when Jimin minds his own business and doesn’t mention your taehyung, y’all motherfuckers send him death threats and when he does care for tae, y’all come up with the “he wants attention bullshit”. Choose a fucking side you bipolar fucks. Jimin doesn’t need to steal attention from your fave, he’s got the entire world looking at him. Y’all can come back when your fave is the face of kpop, thank you.

Getting back to the point, riddle me this y’all, If Jimin does something for any other member, we take it for granted because yeah, that is the kind of a person Jimin is? He’s giving and selfless by nature but does that mean he never gets to be on the receiving end of it all? Why is it Park Jimin out of everyone who always, always, helps and pulls up a member when they fall on stage whereas when he falls on stage he’s turned into a laughing stock or why he always, always ends up crying in a corner alone while he rushes his ass off the moment a tear falls down a members eye? Just something to think about tbh cause God knows I’ve been thinking.

And by the way, y'all armchairs aren’t any better so don’t even try. Y'all tried to pull a ot7 on Jimmy fucking fallon to the point where he called you out on it. Y’all hate to see someone mention Jimin when it’s just him and no one else. You let people make fun of his eyes his teeth, everything, right under his own damn tweets and give that shit 1k likes. Y’all literally never defend him. It has been years since I saw someone who isn’t a solo PJM defending Jimin online. When Jimin uploaded after MONTHS of inactivity, Karmys trended “Jiminie” “MissedOurJiminie” and y’all mfs trended “Tannie” cause the dog was in the picture too, really showed your priorities that day you did. Y’all let people send him death threats for two years and  didn’t say shit about it to the point where he was asked about it in an interview and y’all the same people who emailed Bighit and trended a hashtag when a member supposedly got less cheers at a concert. Y'all treat Jimin like a cheerleader to support your faves or a nurse to take care of them to the point where JK stans actually talked shit and trended hashtags against Jimin when he didn’t comfort him during SMAs. Bruh if you would open ya damn eyes, you’d see Jimin himself was on the verge of fainting there but you wouldn’t see that will ya? Cause for some of you Park Jimin isn’t a part of Bts who goes through the exact same shit on stage and off but he is a cheerleader hyping on your faves. Y'all make me fucking sick. Come back when you actually support him for the main dancer, lead vocalist and one hell of a hardworking artist that he is and not just a pretty emotional support boy for your faves.

A: 1) coz a lot of hate and shading towards Jimin and jimin fans comes from Army, so some jimin fans no longer want to be associated with that fandom in any way; 2) whether a person chooses to support one member or a group or several groups is their own business and not up to others to decide; 3) don’t other member’s stans have their own name too, why you bothered by pjms only?

Unlike how Army and ‘ot7s’ wishes to demonise pjms, pjms in fact DON’T bother wasting time hating on other members or artists. We’d rather spend the time to stream jimin’s music or spam him with compliments on twitter, youtube and other platforms.

People who hate on other members to promote their favs are called akgaes, and all members, groups, artists have akgaes. Stop always trying to point fingers at pjms for your own biased agenda.

Let’s discuss

so… i still don’t think i am a part of the fandom. I support bts and consume their music and contents simply coz i like them as artists. And what keeps me interested in bts is really Jimin. (#jimin_is_a_living_work_of_art)

I feel the fandom tend to down play jimin’s achievements, while at the same time, make very inappropriate tweets/comments about him and call it a joke if pjms call them out. Like this getting 22K+ likes, and many ‘army’ replying with videos showing them actually shouting ‘b*tch’ to jimin when he is performing, and more asking to make the ‘fan chant’ official.

This behaviour from ‘army’, for many many many months now, disgusts me. I discovered this trend since late 2017 when i got interested in BTS. So I will never consider myself an army, coz I will NOT want to be associated with a group that normalises shading jimin for amusement in any way.

Fandom now developed a trend to attack anyone who defends jimin as solo stans, and even try to forbid Jimin stans to call themselves pjms.

So… does this fandom behaviour/pressure bother my fellow pjms?

I personally don’t care if any one calls me a solo stan for defending jimin. I will defend him, as he is an angel that’s only shown the fandom love and respect and thus deserves nothing less in return.

Also, i don’t believe what solo stans are even a bad thing. What’s wrong with only being interested in one member? There are no rules to being a fan girl or a fan boy as long as one is a decent human being, i.e., always be respectful and not hate on anyone.

I choose to focus on defending jimin simply because he receives so much random hate from his own fandom that i don’t have time to pay attention to any other member… i.e., i became a ‘solo’ stan, coz fandom is NOT ‘ot7’.

Jimin cried today and let me tell y’all it wasn’t cause he’s sad or upset. No, this one was purely out of love. These tears were of sheer joy and the fact that he himself finds it hard to believe that a simple boy from Busan who left behind an established dancing career, a family and every sense of familiarity for a simple hope that maybe one day, maybe one day he could become an idol. Maybe one day he will stand on a stage surrounded by people cheering his name, singing along to the songs he made with his brothers, people who are there to watch him when he does what he’s the best at; being the baddest mf performer that is out there.

These tears were of nothing but the realisation that hit him like a brick that yes, yes he deserves this and yes, he made it. He made it. He made it when every step of the damn way people questioned him, ridiculed him, hated on him and the people he loves the most only for all of them to be people who will never get half of the love that these boys get.

All those sleepless nights when he collapsed his way to practice, when he practiced till his legs gave out, he sang till his throat hurt, he rehearsed and rehearsed till he couldn’t anymore. Day in and day out he doubted himself, he spent years agonising over every damn aspect of his self. He starved to fit in, he gave in to maintain the masculine aura that was expected of him. He gave up every single sense of what made him Jimin to fit in the expectations of what other people want from him. He gave himself up every goddamn step of the way to be what others needed him to be to see the day when he goes up on a stage in front of thousands of people and he can be himself. He can step up on that stage and smile, goof around, dance his life out and sing till he can’t anymore. He’s not afraid of what they say cause he knows he’s fucking gold when he’s being himself. He can be Park Jimin because he damn well knows, that’s enough for him and for us.

So this goes out for you, Park Jimin, the strongest man I’ve ever known. The man who stood right in the face of adversity and didn’t loose a shred of the kindness that makes him Jimin. He looked the worst of this world in the eyes and still kept his intergrity and his kindness intact when it was so fucking easy to just let go.

Saying that you’re an inspiration at this point feels like an understatement cause I don’t know you personally and I never will but the fact remains, you are everything I can ever aspire to be in this life of mine.

Here’s hoping that these happy tears grace your eyes often and the sad ones never do.

I can say it with my whole chest that this is the man I bias, this is the man I adore and nothing is ever going to change that;

Seeing Jimin’s log from April 2018 made me realise again what a year he had, as an individual and professionally. It was perhaps one of his hardest but also one in which he grew a lot. It was filled with very low lows and some very high highs and barely times in between.

The first few months of the year he struggled with self-acceptance and self-realization. “Who am I? What do I do this for? Where am I going?” seem to have been heavily on his mind. Then he found strength and new understanding of himself and came to a better place.

The comeback happened, Fake love and the album were a huge success and everything was clicking into place.

And then he made a small mistake, he forgot his best friend’s name on a stupid board and the fandom reared its ugly head and bit hard on his vulnerable sides. Accusations, hate, death threats for weeks. A situation so bad that legal actions had to be taken and search bars were cleaned for days on end.

How must he have felt? What did he think? He had just found his meaning again in his chosen life by being together with us. Did he feel disappointed in us? Did he feel doubts? I only hope he knew then how many of us loved and defended him, that we cherish him.

I guess he moved on from that, too. Did he have any choice, anyway? Life moves on and you live and learn. I hope he wasn’t too hurt, though I know I would be and he probably was, as well. He’s human, after all.

The next ablum and comeback came and went with resounding success, BTS travelled, they reconnected as friends and band mates. Amazing things happened and Bangtan flew higher.

In the midst of this, another hit and once again on Jimin.

A careless wardrobe choice, ugly political interests and media scrutiny led to a lot of slander and defamation, blame. Caught in a political crossfire, Jimin’s name was dragged through the mud and with it Bangtan’s as well. One of the worst times the fandom had seen and yet again Jimin suffered the brunt of it.

I hope he didn’t blame himself too much. I hope he knew we love and support him. I hope he saw how Japanese ARMYs persevered and fought back..

In the end, that came and went, too and time passed, giving space to new and better things. To more shows, to their first studium tour and journeys to new and exciting places.

To cheers and ads all over the world for the angel’s day, to injuries and mocking, to love and hate, to awards, to work and more work..

…

What and year did Jimin have. It was turbulent and unstable, dynamic and not always in the best way. It presented him with a lot of challenges that he took one by one and hopefully overcame to become a better, happier, more wholesome version of himself.

Knowing all of this, “Promise” has an even more special meaning to me, now. It is the culmination of all he went through the past year, of his journey to self-acceptance and a better place with his own self. It is a healing, reflective song, meant to sooth and inspire. It is Jimin’s essence in a music piece.

It a gift to us but it is mainly a gift to himself.

I’m glad the world is seeing more and more how extraordinary he is, as a person and as an artist. He shines brighter than ever now, tops every brand ranking, breaks records with his work, trends everywhere and it is rightfully so. He deserves it all.

Jimin, who loves all of us, who never leaves a stage’s corner unvisited, who writes sweet messages to ARMY in the middle of the night. Jimin who always gives his best in everything, who is amazing, brilliant, yet humble, sweet, supportive. Who never blew on anyone’s candle to make his own shine brighter, who only brings joy and light to those around him and to us, eventhough we’ll probably never deserve him.

Jimin who is the most beautiful person I know of, from the outside, yes, but most importantly - from the inside.

Armys honestly, this disbanding thing has put a lot of things into perspective for me. The fact that they were so messed up that they thought about disbanding at the peak of their careers.

Especially as a Jimin stan, The first being that y’all don’t deserve to call yourself ot7.

Don’t dare call yourself ot7 when you literally drove him of Twitter after the chalkboard incident. This was the year he received two death threats and instead of caring y’all were just plain rude to him and harassed him off Twitter.

Remember how Jimin used to be the most active on Twitter? “Used to” cause y’all kept clowning him for his eyes literally something that he cannot change about himself. Posting other members achievement under his tweets like he hasn’t achieved the world this year.

Spending the year discrediting his position as a lead vocalist and main dancer and comparing him with his best friend and practically calling him names, glorifying his voice cracks, posting literal videos about every time he has a slip up on stage as mfing compilations to laugh upon.

And as if this wasn’t enough?

Ending the year with the Japan controversy being the cherry on top in which big hit and armys abandoned him collectively. This entire year was just armys finding new ways to bring Jimin down and the things that hurts me most is even after all this, all this bullshit you’ve put him through,

he went on that stage, held his own tears in and comforted your biases until he was crying in a corner and taekookers out here bitching about how jungkook choose to comfort Tae instead.

I hate this bitchass fandom and the people in here who say they are ot7 but their ot7 means “ot7 but Jimin”. I loathe every single one of you who didn’t come to his defence the year he personally needed us the most.

His achievements were praised more by the k media and non kpoppers more than his own God damned fandom. Lmao, if other members do it, it’s solo work but if Jimin does it, it’s solo stanning. Y’all are plain hypocrites. Just say you’re scared of his impact and go. You didn’t do shit for him this year and YET

At the end he said thank you to us but y’all don’t deserve jack. I hope he realises that army’s are not what he thinks them to be and that they would hurt him everyday if it comes to that. Never though I’d say this but he’s better without this fandom that has double standards when it comes to him. Just say you hate him and go off man, why pretend?

Honestly, y’all have made this year terrible not just for Jimin but all the people who actually love and respect him for who he is.
