hey aura! I used to use your subliminal but always forgot to turn it on before sleep so I just forgot about it, but then I saw your post about you manifesting 1000 subscribers on yt and remembered your sub so I started using it again.
DAY 1: I donโt think I turned it on and said any awareness affirmations, but just went to sleep and forgot to loop it but said the affirmation โI give my mind and body permission to enter the voidโ
I got woken up later so I looped it then and had a super long dream even though I fell asleep at 6 I woke up at 10 the next morningย
my headphones died and I was only wearing one earphone (I think)
I had a vivid long dream while sleeping and when I woke up I was very shakyย
DAY 2: all day I play my subliminals and at the same time I played 2 affirmation tapes that said awareness affirmations along with other void subliminals but I also said awareness affirmations
I had to cut off your sub after listening for 3hrs+ because I was starting to feel restless and shaky so I just continued listening to my tapes and the other subs (also Iโve been listening to these tapes and subs for at least 2-3 weeks without putting your sub on)
I ended up feeling tired so I put both of my headphones on and went to sleep saying the affirmation โI give my body and mind permission to enter the void just by going to sleepโ until I fell asleep
I had a slightly vivid dream but didnโt really remember it until I woke up more and wasnโt really shaky like yesterday
Do you have anything the you suggest for me to do, or that you think would help me?
(I donโt have any resistance towards your sub, I actually donโt think about it much until itโs time to go to sleep and I need to cut it on, what do you think about that?)
Do you see any patterns of whatโs happening to me with others that have used your sub?
