the last fourteen years were build up for ultimate villain: fyodor dostoyevsky

the next fourteen years will be build up for ultimate villain: agatha christie

this ask made me comprehend the actual scope of time; fourteen years. fyodor was introduced in 2015, wow. the guild, dead apple, cannibalism, perfect crime, meursault, the airport — he, apart of; all, an orchestration under him. (and of course, even before then. the untold origins play, and my personal argument . . . him playing a hand in atsushi being put in the orphanage to begin with.)

i think back to him strumming the strings in shadows through music itself. communicating with ivan via radio, in order to make interception impossible (tchaikovsky is simply too beautiful to suspect, right?). i use this little detail to totalise how dostoevsky worked in general. the faint tune behind the arcs and plots we all were so crazed and elated over, that many could not see until pointed out. whether hated or loved, his character is/was a foundational pillar for bungou stray dogs, because he banged the mallet on the water to begin the current ripple. this, despite not being the first nor second character to be introduced.

which is why i am curious (and, me being naturally inclined to skepticism, a tad bit skeptical) to see how the order of the clock tower has been subtly weaved in through these events as well (more than what we already know). i assume this, because of what i stated above with fyodor, and plus, this organisation has been teased very early on. there should be a reason behind this. if the OOTCT’s agatha christie is truly the next villain, her greater plan should be on par with, if not even greater than dostoevsky’s (supposing that they are not actually merged, and they being co-conspirators with one another). i think «twenty-eight years» would be a more fitting plot device (it sounds crazy but then i think of fukuchi who went decades believing a lie), and the events that will transpire in part ii are a straight arrow that shoots back to the nakajima genesis. the promised land, he says.
