Rolling his eyes he let out a small laugh, “Like that’s any difference from when we first got together, Rora?” He stares up at the ceiling for a moment in their new place. “It feels kind of weird though doesn’t it? Not being in our own private place or having our own home?” 

“Yeah, well, that’s because you didn’t want to live above the shop and I’m too picky about houses.” She pointed out. The vampire smiled and nodded. “That’s true, you were quite the show off.” Aurora teased. “Yeah, it does. But we’re kind of tucked away, so we should have a bit more privacy, right?”

Aurora laughed. “I thought you were better than that.” She teased the wolf. “Thank you, I appreciate it.” Aurora took it and subtly dropped the two capsules in, grabbing a packet of sugar to help it dissolve better. “How have you been? Find any games you wanted to try?”

“If you can figure out how to do years of my being a hot mess, I’ll stock the house with top-shelf,” Ronnie declared. Of course, it might get easier for her once she unpacked her room. 

“I’ll see what I can do.” She smiled. After a brief pause, Aurora continued. “So, what do you do around here, Ronnie?”

“Oh, gosh, maybe we can organize that a bit.” She laughed again. Aurora had seen one too many late-night episodes while Ry was sleeping. If people thought vampires were scary, they should have seen Hoarders.
