From your personal opinion, if Yuu is actually not a magicless human and Sebek found out about it, do you think that he'll feel embarassed or nah ? I mean he human-shamed someone who's actually not a human for months. I think that it'll be worse if Yuu's actually powerful.

Hmmm there’s a few different factors here.

If Yuu WAS human but just had magic I don’t think he’d be too embarrassed since the thing he kind of shamed them for was being human not magicless? Perhaps he’d be a bit frustrated at himself for not picking up on the fact Yuu wasn’t magicless but apart from that he’d get over it. In this case Yuu being powerful would matter a little more as you would think he would’ve been able to tell a powerful magic user apart from a non magic user!

HOWEVER, if Yuu happened to not be human say a fae for instance then I think he’d feel ashamed as well as embarrassed. I mean he’s half human half fae himself, and fae tend to look a lot more human anyway so maybe he shouldn’t have just assumed? He’d feel bad about that especially considering how much he respects the fae (as you should!). Power level wouldn’t really matter much in this scenario as his respect comes more from the fact that Yuu is fae rather than powerful or a magic user etc.

I have an idea. Being in a trio with Adeuce ? Overrated. Being in a trio with younger Lilia and grandpa Zigvolt ? Yes. Imo it's either you and grandpa Zigvolt watching Lilia like a hawk o r grandpa Zigvolt being a single dad with +2 kids since he has a daughter aka Sebek's mom. Personally would you rather babysit Lilia or have grandpa Zigvolt babysit you AND Lilia ?

I’m ngl to you OP babysitting Lilia sounds like a NIGHTMARE. Like he’s already a handful being as old and “wise” as he is right now so I can imagine him being a hurricane child leaving a mess wherever he goes. And of course grandpa Zigvolt and yourself having to clean up the mess.

Because of this personally I think I’d be more inclined to have grandpa zigvolt look after me too but as a disaster child myself I would feel too bad for him having two wild kids to look after. He would need to get those baby leashes lmao.

Best scenario tho: grandpa zigvolt taking care of Lilia and calm!MC, at least he’d get a sort of break there haha!

So so, in my country there's this huge crocodile shaped bread right, it's named crocodile bread and it's usually served in weddings. Imagine MC having an argument with Sebek, and the next day MC decided to bring crocodile bread for lunch. Looks at Sebek in the e y e as they nom the bread. Imagine if the bread has strawberry jam filling so they just LOOK at Sebek while biting the head of the croc bread. Wdyt of Sebek and Diasomnia's reaction ? Even worse IF mc is a beastman who eats crocs.

Lets get the elephant in the room out of the way, or should I say the crocodile (I am not funny I am aware). Sebek would probably try to pretend like he doesn’t care when mc first made eye contact and brought out the bread. Although he can’t help flinching when mc takes that first bite. Despite flinching he still tried to keep a brave face on, not breaking eye contact with mc even glaring slightly. But then… the red jam filling starts dripping out as mc starts viciously tearing into the bread more and more, and the longer it goes on the more Sebek’s face morphed from glaring into absolute horror. Mc has won this round

On the other hand: Lilia is thoroughly enjoying the show. He knows mc wouldn’t really harm Sebek especially over a small argument and find the cute threat very amusing, as well as Sebek’s hilarious reaction. Malleus takes a while to understand what’s going on as he was currently feeding gao gao-kun but once he realised he also is enjoying the show. A rare display of Sebek being stunned into silence and he appreciates it. Silver was most likely sleeping and even when he woke up was too dazed to really react but when Lilia explains what happened to him later, he smiles and does think it is funny. He wishes he didn’t miss it.

I'd like your opinion please ! Prince reader has royal duties that requires him to leave NRC right, and it's from 11 am to 5pm. Let's just say the basketball club, a club he's a part of has practice at 4.45 pm. And the training is crucial since they're gonna have a match with RSA. Imagine this, reader barging in at 5 pm with basketball shorts and shoes, but HIS TOP SCREAMS ROYALTY. LIKE THOSE ROYAK SHIRTS WITH THE BADGE, EMBROIDERY AND TASSELS. The look on the club members faces tho.

Prince Reader comes to Basketball Club with His Royal Shirt On

So first of all Ace would be mildly confused when you first burst through the door wearing your basketball shorts and shoes but with your royal shirt on. It takes him exactly 10 seconds to weight the options if you did this on purpose or not. In the end he settles on no, you wouldn’t have done this on purpose you just were in a rush. Que him laughing his ass off and never letting you forget this moment ever. The type to remind you of this every practice thereafter and mercilessly tease you. Maybe you can pay Floyd to get him to shut the hell up.

Floyd on the other hand immediately decides to laugh at you regardless. We’re you that excited to see him Shrimpy~. No amount of denying is saving you he simply doesn’t care. Will be distracted the whole practice since he is now dedicated in bothering you. Will probably ask where you were, why you were in a rush to get back and etc. Just in general being a menace.

Jamil is the most normal about this. You can’t tell me Kalim hasn’t done something similar to this before. Probably just sighs and tells him to get changed properly this time. Doesn’t really linger on it too much I mean stuff happens right? At least you bothered to show up in the end unlike someone like Floyd. - Wouldn’t that be an extremely sad time for Y/N

- Figures Lilia wouldn’t tell that story and be laughing about it as much if Y/N hadn’t also moved on so smiles slightly at the story

hello~! i've been enjoying ur self-aware twst au but what if... what if even if the twst characters alrdy knew they're only purpose is to "entertain" what if the MC has a deeper reason on why they play the game? Like for me for example they play bc its there comfort game, their safe place, like for instance Malleus- for Mc- for them, Malleus is a true friend for them bc MC never really had true friends irl...

Okay my first instinct is to write headcanons for this but I have another request specifically for headcanons that’s similar to this ask so I’m just gonna write this as a kind of general thoughts post if that’s okay since I’ll go more into detail on the other post 😉.

Self Aware AU: Comfort Game (Thoughts)

So I think if they somehow found out it was the readers comfort game their impressions would soften so here’s a quick run down!

Basically the ones who were angry like Epel, Ace and Sebek probably take some time regardless of what the reason is, they’re still young and selfish forgive them. After they have time to calm themselves though, they’ll start hanging around your vessel again although awkwardly. In the end, even if you have to interact through a vessel you’re still their friend and you come to them for comfort so they’ll try their best to provide that.

The ones who kind of gave up and tried not to care like Leona, Ruggie, Cater, Trey, Jamil and Vil also took a while to decide what to do. They still feel a bit jaded at the whole situation about being in a game and all that. They maybe wouldn’t be as willing to forgive as the first years but gradually they’ll get there and decide that they should just treat you as they did before if it’s getting through to you.

The ones who didn’t treat you any different like Deuce, Jack, Kalim and Silver don’t really change much as they never stopped interacting with your vessel anyway. If anything they feel a bit more happy at the fact that their actions are getting through to you and that they can take care of you even from different places.

Similarly to above the ones who were quite okay with the fact that you were a vessel like Rook, Ortho, Jade, Lilia and Idia again don’t have to change much. If anything they’re gonna interact with you more cause they’re gonna be the ones most interested in how you and the vessel are connected.

Riddle and Azul were the sad boys after finding out and I think they’d feel slightly better after realising that you come for comfort and that interacting with your vessel does in fact help you. Although they’d rather die than admit it makes them happy.

Floyd is a weird one, with his mood swings one minute he’s like ‘who cares if they come for comfort they deceived me!’ but on the other hand he’s like ‘but maybe I can reach the person behind the vessel that’ll be fun~’. So like most things it depends on his mood.

Malleus is similar to the first two in a way that it’ll take some time to calm down because you really did hurt his pride by deceiving him in a way. But thinking about it you two were quite similar, you rely on this game for comfort and he relies on gao gao-kun so in that respect he understands and will promptly start interacting with Yuu again.

What the dorm leaders are up to after NCR

Riddle Rosehearts

So riddle would probably take after his family after he leaves NCR, he might not like his mother but the career path is right up his alley

Even if it’s not exactly the same job I still feel like he’d choose to do something white collar if you know what I mean

In terms of how he’s doing I’d say he’d probably be better, hopefully getting therapy for that childhood trauma and anger issues

He’d be more patient and lenient with people too which is good!

All on all a nice young man who is very well respected in the community!

Leona Kingscholar

A difficult one to say for sure

Half of me wants to say he wouldn’t work because why would he, he’s rich? But the other half of me wants to say he would just to get out of the house

I don’t think he’d change that much personally just probably deals with his jealousy a bit better

I think he’d still be a bit bitter especially if he was still living in the castle but if he moved out and got his own place I can see him liking it better

People would still probably compare his to his brother but Leona would be more chill about it and focus his attention on other things

He literally already has a job

Would probably stay in the business sector and become one of those dudes to open multiple branches and becomes mega rich

I think his self hatred issues are ones that are probably always gonna be there under the surface but he can deal with them better now

Seems like the type to overwork himself but the tweels would probably knock him out to make him rest so it’s okay!

In terms of would he stay on land or return to the sea I think he’s do both he’s rich so he’s got a place on land and water and switches between the two depending what he’s doing

All in all he’s doing quite well and is happy with what he’s got

Kalim Al-Asim

The now head of the Al-Asim family!

I don’t think Kalim would change THAT much since he was pretty good already

Probably more self aware now and has learnt to grow up a little and be aware of his position and what that means for him

Turn into a fantastic leader

Not much else to say he is loved by all!

Vil Schoenheit

Even more famous

I feel like Vil got quite a lot of character development (or maybe I’m biased) cause although he still has high standards he’s more lenient and patient with people

Because of this I feel like he’d start being appreciated for that more and maybe even get some hero roles

It’s hard to be a star and NOT compare yourself to others constantly but Vil is doing a pretty good job considering he doesn’t want a repeat of his high school blunder

He’s in a good place career wise and mind set wise which is to say, he’s thriving

Malleus Draconia

Well prince Malleus is now King Malleus of the Valley of Thorns

He is still feared and respected by the majority of folks but he does have a good few people he can consider friends from school so all in all it’s not too bad

Perhaps he would even try to soften his image so he seems more approachable but with the amount of pride fae and dragons have separately never mind combined that might be a bit of a stretch

Definitely has a new found appreciation for humans though

The ones he cares about do not fear him and that’s all that matters

That aside he’d be a wise ruler and even if his people are intimidated by him they’d probably than him in the long run

LMAOOOO so shit happened and I kinda abandoned this blog for a bit so I’m back!!

Lots of stuff happened in the literal half year I’ve been gone but basically big things were: dissertation was due and then graduating and just when I thought it was over a big family thing happened so normalcy went bye bye for a bit but I think it’s stable now teehee.

Haii, imagine if mc actually has this friend group of other faes in Diasomnia, and since faes tend to take human children bc they think it's neat, they actually try to surprise adopt mc using portals, etc bc mc prefers to stay in Ramshackle. How would the Diasomnia gang react to this ? Like this human is basically a fae magnet, are they annoyed or happy ? I mean Malleus would probably want his friend near him.

I imagine being a fae magnet is kinda like being in the middle of a minefield if you don’t know much about them, they have lots of tricks up their sleeves!

If mc happened to be a fae magnet but was knowledgeable about faes I don’t think the diasomnia gang would mind that much (minus malleus but we’ll get to that!).

Lilia would probably be okay with it and probably find it amusing if mc tells them of their surprise adoption stories.

Sebek would probably be a bit salty because how did a regular human get the attention of so many faes? Aside from that he wouldn’t bother about it too much.

Silver would probably be a tad concerned about the surprise adoptions but if mc knows what their getting into it’s cool.

HOWEVER, if mc happened to not be knowledgeable about faes and their ways I think silver and sebek would react a bit differently, lilia would still probably find it hilarious but would make sure they’re not falling into any dangerous situations.

Silver would be extremely vigilant around them, he is a knight after all he can’t just let them fall into danger! Sebek if they were already friends would probably also want to protect them a bit.

Malleus would not be happy about the arrangement despite mc’s knowledge. He is part dragon and they are known to be possessive besides mc is HIS friend and the first one at that so he is livid at the fact that mc is a fae magnet. And if mc ever happens to find themselves in trouble those faes would have to deal with him.

Going off the cup noodle ask, what would the dorm leaders do if they found out that their s/o was skipping meals because they don't have enough money thanks to Crowley being cheap? Crowley holding their meal money hostage if they don't do what Crowley wants is likely another factor.

I would just like to say before we get into this that I’m not sure if this was suppose to be a headcanon request since the original cup noodle ask was headcanons but I think they’d act pretty similar to the previous headcanons if that’s what you wanted! But sorry once again if you did want headcanons for this!!

Anyways for the first part I think they’d act pretty similar to what I mentioned before about them finding ways to get their s/o food and perhaps money regardless.

For the second part about Crowley forcing them to do stuff with the money being held hostage well:

Riddle: Seems like the type to go directly to the school board to get them to do something about Crowley.

Leona: Would probably go threaten Crowley and if all else fails he’s a prince so would just buy you meals anyway.

Azul: Bold of Crowley to try and blackmail his s/o this man invented the word blackmail, he will not being doing that very soon.

Kalim: If he wasn’t before he definitely is funding you now, and if he’s feeling extra upset he might talk to his family about the donations they make to NRC.

Vil: Full meal plan is in action, he will not let you starve that isn’t healthy and you need to be healthy to do your best, also might go directly to the school board.

Idia: Doesn’t want to bother with Crowley yet again so will just fund all your meals now, maybe now he’ll also start eating 3 proper meals a day.

Malleus: Goes to see Crowley directly, if Crowley is still there by the next day then all went well! Again he is a prince with money you are his s/o, you don’t need to worry about lack of funding from now on.

Mc having qilin (chinese one horned beast) blood and since mc ended in twisted wonderland their body adapts and features are slowly growing, it grows faster when mc's stressed. In short, mc gains power and growth from all the anger and stress. When the features fully grow, it's black instead of bright red; it's abnormal. Mc looking at their black tail, thinking about what Crowley had done to them to the extent that a beast became defective, especially that beasts are proud of their features.

Ohhh how very angsty.

I don’t know much about that creature in particular so I can’t really add much but if they’re very prideful creatures I can see how angry they would get. By the way you’re describing it I do not think that would help their case!

In general it’s a very sad situation for mc and I hope they find a way to reverse it!

Okay imagine reader being Lilia's bestie ever since his general days, now reader's following him to NRC. Whenever someone complained about Lilia's mischief and pettiness, you got reminded of that day you and Lilia went back from war and you two argued over food since you don't want Lilia cooking. You went and cooked your own food only to find your horse gone. Lilia sold your horse when the journey to the village took 6 MORE HOURS. All because you prevented him from cooking.

Okay but I can see this.

We all have that one petty bestie and that would defo be Lilia, and he would be so extra about it too 😭.

If reader does not beat his ass after that then they ain’t true friends. Get his ass bestie!

Although if reader chooses to take revenge instead of straight up fighting him, it will most likely turn into a ‘prank’ war. Prank is in brackets because most people would call them crimes but anYWAYS.
