After waiting a little over two hours after the show, not even knowing IF they’ll actually come out to meet fans, I am so glad I stayed and didn’t give up. I thank @ohwondermusic SO much for putting on such a spectacular show and coming out to chat with those eleven fans—including myself! (Bummer for those who waited but gave up.) Patience is key, my luvs. 💗 I wish I could’ve said more to them, but I was rather speechless. Safe to say, this concert is by far my favourite. 💫 📸 || 20 April 2017 (at Lobero Theatre)

Shawn Mendes is a teenage boy who seemingly wrote a song about being stuck in the friendzone, which so many people regarded as “being a fuck boy.” And then he released the music video, displaying an accurate and realistic perspective of an abusive relationship which not only corresponded with the song’s message, but added another view of the lyrics. And at the end of it, he included the national hotline for domestic abuse. People aren’t giving him enough credit.
