Into the Blue is not only a celebration of dolphins, but an appeal for their rescue and return to the wild. Tragically, the friendly, trusting nature of this intelligent and beautiful sea mammal has been its downfall. Whereas in ancient Greece the killing of dolphins was a capital offense, today dolphins have become helpless victims of modern life the dolphinarium industry, commercial tuna fishing, and even warfare.”
