It's reset time for me. I've been doing the absolute most (not in a good way) w/ my eating and it's time to get back on track. I'm working on consistency and accountability toward my health. Not perfection but action. Baby steps maintain consistency so I'm not jumping the gun this time around. I know wayyyyy to much to go against that knowledge. Not gonna be hard on my self about it.
