Video documentation of live “audio landscape” performance, Sensational Stanzas (description below) ___________________ I constructed & performed a visual art piece in 5 parts: titled, "Sensational Stanzas" for five consecutive days (Friday, June 19 - Tuesday, June 23). The piece was choreographed as metaphor for the psychological distance we create on a daily basis through our self projected images of identity.
A group of curators from Session 24 at the Centre National d'Art Contemporain de Grenoble programmed a streaming broadcast at takeyouthereradio.org as an ephemeral exhibition. I constructed a material landscape performance that was “seen” through the radio broadcast via sounds that were transmitted live.
Select days have been recorded and can be heard here:
The exhibition recordings will be broadcast again through Campus Radio 90.8 & r22.fr
Official website for the exhibition here : takeyouthereradio.org
