After a few months of hard times for me i have decided that i need to get back into the healthy eating, gym, and taking my vitamins regularly. I have this weird thing that i do where i will go through these almost waves of needing to change. Cleaning like crazy, wanting to eat healthier/workout/take vitamins, learn to play a new instrument, build a bike.... the list goes on and on. But after a day or 2 i always lose that motivation. In all reality i just want to be happy and healthy.
Well today i started back at the gym with the help of my best friend. I did a full body workout that a stole from pintrest afterwhich half feel like hell but the other half actually feels really good.
Full Body
Cardio: Elliptical

100 sit ups
30 crunches
2 minutes high knees
30 second planks
30 russian twists
Legs/Glutes
60 squats
50 lunges (25 each leg)
30 second wall sits
30 second leg raises
40 donkey kicks (20 each legs)
1 minute glute bridges
Arms
10 push ups
25 wall push ups
2 minutes tight arm circles
