They came to Royaltri with an outdated website that had a very complicated, messy website architecture that led to five different websites for their five services offered, and had no distinct tone of voice. We helped them develop a new website with clear copy and better search engine optimization that included all services under one domain, and also gathered all of their positive reviews on multiple review platforms to render them the number one five-star cleaning service in all of California with history.

Garage Clothing - Web Content Strategy & Creation
The majority of Garage’s shoppers is Gen-Z, and I’ve long wanted to connect with them by speaking their language. Set aside the highly promotional, “Tops at $20!” messages, and bring them in with something that they genuinely find inspiring - purposeful, entertaining content that builds relationships.
To execute this vision, I wanted to launch a new content destination called #GarageTalks, a new blog page that would feature exclusive behind-the-scenes content and interviews with young artists and creatives. Through this platform, we would harness the power of community, and play a part in the artist-fan relationship, and build off of this community to generate noise and new customers.
With the CMO’s final approval, I oversaw the creation of this page from end to end. This included everything creative from concept ideation to copywriting; as well as every aspect of project management: inter-departmental talent assignment; timeline and budget checks; quality assurance checks; final approval and reporting. Furthermore, I was responsible for the page’s amplification strategy following a successful launch, leveraging all channels such as email, SMS, in-store activations, and social media.
Upon its official launch, the page was featured in NYLON magazine, and generated over 3,000 new email sign-ups and thousands of new site visitors.
