Notes on the interpretation of Jupiter
The current theory of the formation of the solar system posits that after the formation of the sun, the precursors to Jupiter were caught in the sun’s orbit, and eventually formed the gas giant. No solar system with a Jupiter-like object has planets inside the orbit of Jupiter, unless there are additional gas giants outside the orbit of Jupiter, adjusting its orbit. Thus, it is proposed in the local case that Saturn and the further outer gas giants pulled Jupiter away from the earth, leaving a space for the four inner planets to form roughly simultaneously.
The German mystic, Jakob Boehme, argued that the divine origin was a singularity that divided itself to experience and understand itself, the cosmos. At the same time, this act created a primordial evil, the desire to annihilate all the diverse forms of the universe and return to infantile unity. The modern mystic, Bataille, agrees. Per Pawlett in Violence, Society and Radical Theory: “For Bataille, fascism emerges, historically, from monarchic sovereignty: both forms are dependent upon mastering, purifying, and/or excluding what are seen as base or lower elements. Further, both fascism and royalty depend upon a social “compromise” since both seek a “connection with homogeneous forms at a certain level”. This is an important point in Bataille’s argument: despite their posturing Fascist and monarchic leaders are not ‘pure’ heterogeneous energies; since they seek to establish and maintain control over the homogeneous sphere of society they must compromise their heterogeneity to achieve this relationship of control and domination.”
“If someone wanted to ask Jupiter about something, in the first place let him be dressed in white or bright clothing. But on a finger of his right hand let him wear a ring, and let him wear a cape. With these things being so prepared, let him be fitted in the manner of Christian leaving for war.” - Benjamin Dykes, The Planetary Magic among the Harranian Sabians, p.73 of The Celestial Art ed. Austin Coppock and Daniel Shulke.
