Yesterday our turkey was a duck. A whole D’Artagnan Rohan duck, purchased by my bff at a Tops supermarket in Rhinebeck, NY because I couldn’t find one anywhere on the Upper West Side. In a more reasonable world I would’ve bought one on the D’Artagnan website, but their whole birds cost $39.99, which didn’t fill their $40 minimum order charge.
