Πολλὰ τὰ ἔτη τῷ βασιλεῖ. Ἐν τῷ ὀνόματι τοῦ βασιλέως Παίμονος τοῦ Πορφυρογεννήτου, ὦ σοφοί.
👀
Attraction: I believe we are on the same page in this topic.
Trust: Once, I would have trusted Paimon above all Hellions, and indeed above some members of the Heavenly Host, given certain events that have transpired. I trusted him personally a great deal, and because of that trusted him as much as one can be expected to trust his enemies, politically and militarily. I have seen my folly in that. The man I loved has been dead for a very long time.
Social Skills: Paimon is assuredly politically adept, skilled in maneuvering and dealing with the houses of Hell and their rulers. But he rarely gives the common people a second thought, a misstep that contributes to the peasantries growing ire against the noble houses, and he can often be a cold and standoffish man, one does not simply have a beer with the King of the Ars Goetia.
Fighting Skills: He is an adept mage, I would venture so far as to call him the authority on the fell magicks that the Goetia have at their disposal. That said, he has some skill with the mace, usually on horseback as noblemen are wont to do. A formidable foe, to be sure, there is a reason I sent one of my Centurions to fell him in the first place.
Education: Paimon is possessed of a naturally brilliant mind that he has supplemented with rigorous study in the most dedicated fashion. It is why I find some of the decisions he makes so baffling, for he is no fool, nothing even close.
Lifestyle: If there is a clear example of the corrupting power of sin, let Paimon be held up as a prime example. He fathers countless bastards, pursues married women without pause of consideration, lusts for and hoards power and wealth, seems to do little that does not consolidate the privileges that he enjoys in his position, all whilst denying that he does so for anything other than the kingdoms benefit and crushing any who might object. Lust, envy, greed, wrath, sloth, gluttony, and pride.
Positives: I think that, deep down, he knows what he is. I think that he knows that he is wrong. I think that there is some part of him, however small, that wants to right the ship and make Hell the place that he envisioned when he rebelled. He could be an honorable, selfless, and righteous man. He was, once.
Negatives: But I think he is far too fearful for all of that. Fearful of losing his power, his influence, his fortunes and sway. Fearful that if he did change course, then all of the horrible things that he has done would be for nothing. So he cloaks himself in his sin, shouting at the silent sky that he chose this. That he chose it, and so it is worth it.
What I want from you: I do not know. I want him to repent. I want him to convince the Sins that Hell can be better. I never want to see his face again. I want him to die screaming.
“ The tax will not be for the people who take a piss mind you. It shall be for the practice of various ill meaning men from gathering the piss and using it to make laundry detergent products, and hopefully end the malignant and out of date practice, make Hell smell better, and gain a pretty penny.”
“I do love breasts…but frankly I think they look awkward on birds. It simply looks unnatural.”
“ I have not forgotten the piss tax by the way. The idea came to me too late to prepare for this tax year but it is coming in 2027.”
" I never thought about it before but...why do female goetia...specifically the ones of an avian nature have boobs? It makes no biological sense for an avian species to possess mammary glands. "
💭 Sol the Hellhound
" I suppose she is a hellhound that exists and is named? Oddly after the sun despite having no traits inherently related to it."
💭 ~Robb Stark
" I really do wonder how he did not expect his destruction. Why would a man honor him once he'd broken his word and made it so that he was locked out of the new royal family? It took so little effort to see Lord Frey was an insecure man and insecure men are the worst ones to offend."
💭 For Grim? Or any of the daemons
" I do wonder what it would be like to watch her dance. The idea is thrilling to be sure."
i'll be honest I was shitposting when I made that post lol but I suppose they both a certain dry humor about them and are a bit distant as well.
"Oh, I also wanted to tell you that I plan on having kids of my own someday. Not anytime soon, grandfather, but eventually."
...he had to wonder what the alternative would be but at least she was on board with the future.
" I am happy to hear, my lovely owlet. We shall find you a husband of worthy stock in due time."

in the time i took a shower u made me art. Ur a literal legend.
there are many parallels to King Paimon and Master Oogway.
💭 Millie
" I suppose I can understand why my son wanted to sleep with an imp all things considered, but I would never shame myself by making such an affair public knowledge. Best to either enjoy her in secret or have her killed and save myself the trouble.
In a perfect world anyway. I must show resolve and meet the ideas I have projected upon my kin. I can not be seen as a complete hypocrite."
💭- for Honey
" I...am at a loss with this one. She is quite lovely until she opens her mouth. The accent...it is just too thick for me. I do not wish to be impolite but, I struggle to understand what she is saying. Still though, her physique is respectable and lovely to gaze upon."
"Yeah, I don't think I inherited being female from mum. It's just something I am."
"But do I really not resemble dad at all? Not even my beak?"
" No. You don't look like him much. Only to people unfamiliar with us, they might say of course you look like him because you have an owl form. But, you do not look nor behave much like him at all."
" It is days like this where being a man is the hardest thing I could ever be. Nay, not a king, nor a subject, nor a demon. To wrestle with my own innate desires as they are made so wholly available to me. I can only brood and ruminate of my trials."
