The nobleman was certainly full of surprises. Pouting slightly, the prince almost tuned around before suddenly having his countenance squished into that of an almost fishy faced imitation. “C-cute?” The prince demanded with a grain of indignation. “I am not— cute!” The royal`s exclamation was drowned out with surprise, suddenly found his entire self squished this time, but also, it was into a hug. Now he certainly didn`t get those often, so his face had turned about as red as a cherry.
“Yes…I think I would like that.” He murmured against the teacher`s vest, silencing himself a bit by simply burying his face against the little bundle of silk that lay there. “I`m not used to hugs.” Tettere`s voice was incredibly muffled, but he was certain Jack could hear it due to the proximity. He shivered a bit just thinking about it, especially since the noble was cooing over him and gently rubbing his back. But he would just chalk it up to the cold, and nothing more. The prince was stubborn; playing hard to get was his game.
"Are you certain? You're being quite adorable right now! And seeming to lean right into me, even." If that wasn't cute, then Jack didn't know what was. He wiggled closer and practically lifted the prince right up into the air, or at least putting the other's feet atop of his own, something one would do when teaching another to dance. Though dancing was the furthest thing from his mind.
"I think..I'll get you used to embraces like these, then."
Jack made a pleasantly content noise, eventually pulling back to an arm's length and leaning down to an eye level with his student. He ever so lightly patted his shoulders with an amused smile and tone, "Would you like it if I did, Tettere?" With a tilt of his head does he ask this, leaning in closer and fleetingly bumping their foreheads together.
