Spinach, Mushroom, Feta on a Whole-Wheat Mini Baguette
Hey guys! So this recipe is delicious and super fast. Ingredients: 5-6 cut mushrooms, a couple handfuls of fresh spinach, one mini whole-wheat baguette, feta cheese, low-sodium soy sauce, and garlic powder. 1)Sauté the spinach and mushrooms in a pan; add a dash of soy sauce and garlic powder for flavor! (Place the lid on the pan for short intervals to help steam the veggies) 2) Lightly toast baguette then sprinkle feta on one half and insert in the oven for 2 minutes to slightly melt. 3) Put mushrooms and spinach on baguette and enjoy!
