Avatar: Escape from the Spirit World is an official Nick game. The game consists of cutscenes explaining the lives of past Avatars which are considered to be canonical. It is meant to explain the events between the end of Book 2 — "The Crossroads of Destiny" and the start of Book 3 — "The Awakening".

Did you know that Avatar Korra is the youngest known Avatar to learn her true identity?
Most Avatars aren't told of their true identity until they are sixteen. Aang was informed that he was the Avatar at the age of twelve because of the impending war. Korra, on the other hand, discovered that she was the Avatar at the age of four by herself.
It seems that Toyota existed in the Spirit World...

The simple explosion can convey so many emotions and several possibilities. I know I know, it's suppose to be an intense and depressing scene but I just find it so humorous! (Yes, I found the image of the suicide of two brothers humorous; I'm a sick and twisted person.)

Do you know Mako Iwamatsu?
Makoto Iwamatsu, shortened to Mako, is a Japanese voice actor that mainly worked on cartoon shows. He served as the voice of Uncle Iroh from Avatar: The Last Airbender, Aku from Samurai Jack and several more. Unfortunately, he passed away June 21, 2006 at the age of 72. He finished all the lines for Uncle Iroh for Book 1 up to Book 2 before he died. Nick had to find another voice actor for Book 3 to replace him.
At the end of the segment "The Tale of Iroh" from the episode "Tales of Ba Sing Se," a photo is shown in dedication to Mako. The Legend of Korra character Mako is named after him.
