What do women want? Definitely to be paid as much as men. 

While pundits have spent air time blaming women for the wage gap and arguing how big it actually is, a recent study from Yale found that employers favor male candidates with higher rates of hiring and larger salaries even when male and female candidates have identical background and experience.

my mom found and framed this… my journal circa grade 2 or 3 when the teacher asked us to write “if we could have one wish”. I think this is pretty epic. Don’t ever tell me it’s a “choice”. It IS a choice to go through the process, but it’s not a choice to feel what we all feel inside. We are who we are and people need to love one another for their self expression; whatever form it may be.
