I made some no knead crusty bread it was delicious. I’m glad I shared half with my neighbors or we would have eaten the whole thing in about 10 minutes. Last night we had Teriyaki sheet pan pork tenderloin and vegetables. I have never enjoyed broccoli or cauliflower but will eat them to set a good example for my kiddos. Roasting them in sesame dressing a a real game changer. I had this idea in my mind somewhat inspired by the movie Julie & Julia and by wanting to enjoy cooking again. So I decided to find a cookbook with not too many recipes and no difficult to find ingredients. I have a full time job and want this to be fun and easy. Also my youngest Ceci will be helping me cook and sometimes may even do all the cooking. I plan to take photos and post them every time.
