What could you possibly need new bone saws for at this time?

... Actually, I think it would be best I not know. I’m sure either Miss Andromeda or Sir Magnus would have an answer for you. A better question-- when shall I next see you for tea? It would be quite useful for both of us to cross-reference our curriculum and see if there is anything we can teach in tandem.

I have to say, the fact that you know Latin is super impressive. I’ve heard that it’s extremely hard to learn, but then it’s a root language so then you’d be able to understand a lot of other languages that have stemmed from Latin. I’m not goin’ to be in any of your classes, but I found it rude to not reply.

My name is Catrin Roberts, and the three facts I have for you today is: I’ve once made a fruit cake and after I did that I understood why people hated it so gosh darn much, For year three, I went by my middle name just to try it but then decided to stick with Catrin. And.. mm… third fact would be that I’ve had one song stuck in my head for the past week and it’s getting to the point where I’m starting to have a headache.

One does have an advantage in language with Latin as their first. I do thank you for the compliment, regardless.

Very good, Miss Roberts. I have heard your name-- you and the rest of the Humans attending the University are quite famous. The first group to enter The Grimmswood. I’m not entirely sure why you would consider it odd, Professor? As a Fairy, I’ve found that ‘flitting’ is one thing I would use to describe the manner in which I moved about in my youth. Almost the way the hummingbird moves, yes? Swift and nimble.

I am very glad to hear of it, Miss Kehoe. It is a pleasant moment that we can all bask in, and cultivate hope for the future.

Ah, of course. I have not... fraternised with Fairies all too much. Though one would think it highly probably given how close Witches tend to be to them, I spent my earlier years in the Human world, thus was not as close to Fae culture. I am still learning as my students are.

Three other facts? Oh my! I have a twin sister, I spent much of my childhood years flitting between the Fae world and the human world with my siblings, my favorite non-baked good food is salad and I almost always have music playing when I’m in my office!

My day is going just as expected, Miss Kehoe, thank you. I’m, if you’ll forgive the turn of phrase, ‘as giddy as a schoolgirl’ about this new development. The same sentiment is extended to you.

Flitting? What an odd word to use. Why do you choose that specifically?

I suppose I should follow in my colleagues’ footsteps and introduce myself to those who may not know me, and to say hello to those that do.

I am Professor Vera Williamson, Dean of Switches and Witches. I am also the Healing and Curing, Immunities and Weakness Professor-- and the Latin Professor.

I have resided here for quite a while, not nearly holding the record however. Now, if you will indulge me-- three facts, as Miss Hayes asked of you. If you answer to both of us, you must give me different facts to the ones you give her.

I shall also say this: if assistance is needed, or a listening ear, my office is in the Arts Hall and a visitor is never unwelcome.
