I recently cut off drinking my beloved iced lattes and matcha.

I fast by accident. I forget to eat now.

I strength train as much as I can but it’s hard to go to the gym consistently because I have the worst work schedule ever.

I do go on walks and if I do walk, I walk at least 3 miles. It takes me an hour to do.
