“I must have some game here.” Kara scratches the back of her neck bewilderedly. “My wife? You’re sure?

“Yes. Not your wife, you understand, but this universe’s version of you. Although I'm sure you’re just as great a company.”

Kara’s back straightens proudly. “My Lena- I mean, the Lena from my universe -she loves spending time with me. We have lunch dates all the time. Friend dates, I mean. Outings? Lunch outings…”

Kara looks increasingly baffled the longer she speaks. Taking pity on her, Lena rounds the desk and rests her palm flat and gentle on the crest of Kara’s suit. “Does your Lena touch you like this?” she asks.

“Yeah, I guess.”

“Did she fill your office with flowers?”

“Yes… you did that too?”

Lena smiles. “She’s in love with you. There is not a universe where I have met you and not fallen in love. it's an impossibility, not an improbability.”

“Woah.'' Kara looks away from Lena's overwhelmingly beautiful smile. Then she looks again because she doesn't want to miss it for a second, never does. “You’re really pretty when you smile.”

Lena takes the compliment like it’s a regular occurence, backing away to pick up her tablet. “Thank you darling. Come to the lab with me.”

Kara does not stay behind to look at Lena's ass. She doesn't. Her wife?

this happened one day when kara flew to pick lena up from L-corp (yes, fulfilling katie’s wish, lena wore some comfies to the office today) but lena just really needed to finish this one thing. they sat on The Couch™️ together, lena working and kara… on her phone or probably (most likely) watching her girlfriend work because why would you wanna do anything else when you have a beautiful lena luthor next to you? kara eventually got drowsy. it started with her head on lena’s shoulder but then it ended up being kara pulling a yawning lena to lie all the way down with her on The Couch™️. that’s how they spent the night. an actual, canon thing that happens OFTEN because i said so :))
