Mewtwo
I wanted to draw Mewtwo out enjoying some nature, because I feel like I only ever see art of them doing something insanely dramatic (it's still neat). I'm also being forced to keep doing backgrounds so I guess every piece will take me months to finish even though the actual Pokemon took an hour.
Honchkrow
Honestly one of my favorite Pokemon! Still putting off a piece of art that's just collecting dust at this point, so maybe I'll work on that next?
Charmander!
I need to start sketching out some of the ideas I have for other pieces, because it feels like there's a huge backlog of things I want to draw and it's giving me decision paralysis.
Lugia!
I was putting off a different piece with this one, and I was putting off this one to play World of Warcraft. It's going to be awhile before I try doing underwater backgrounds again, it took so long to do haha.
Noctowl!
I always thought Hoothoot had one leg, so Noctowl having two legs was so weird to me.
Ho-oh
I remember seeing them in the first episode of Pokemon, and Ho-oh has been my favorite legendary since! I redid a lot of elements because I kept learning new things and immediately wanting to implement them. It's also surprisingly difficult to find reference photos of clouds from a top-down perspective???
I swear I draw more than just legendaries!
First post!
I love Entei, so I'll probably end up drawing them again. Being newer to art, there's still a lot for me to learn, but I'm having a grand ol' time!I really want to the beasts back to back, but inspiration is carrying me elsewhere.
Someday I'll do Raikou.
