Painted by His Palette
ABOUT THE WORK AND THE AUTHOR
This piece was written a long time ago, when the author was reminiscing about old memories of her childhood. It was inspired by her love for watching the trees sway and the beauty found whenever the sunlight filtered through the canopy of the trees.
She finds inspiration in writing from the smallest details, never knowing that it would eventually lead to the creation of a remarkable piece. It was also inspired by the prologue of one of the author's favorite books by Jonaxx, "What Lies Beneath the Sand."
The prose revolves around the relationship of the speaker to the ethereal beauty of nature, crafted by the greatest artist she has ever known. It reflects the complexity of emotions and how nature mirrors these through its painted colors.
As I was writing this work, I felt a deep connection with something I can't name— a divine intervention that I believed existed. Listening to a song that reflected my feelings while writing, I successfully turned my thoughts into this beautifully crafted piece.
This work is about a child who once dreamed of growing up too fast, not knowing that it would lead to regret. Through the comfort she found in nature, she began to appreciate how, amidst the cruelty and pain of being a teenager, she became the strongest version of herself. She realized that through these colors, a new person was born— a person she never thought could be. It resonates with the idea that everything He crafted has a purpose, perhaps a long-awaited one, but still, without a doubt, it is part of a deep journey of self-discovery.
SYMBOLISM
The colors mentioned are metaphors for emotions, and the palette she believed was used by this artist clearly personifies nature. Through the smallest details, a deep and sorrowful meaning is hidden. The entire concept of life as a painting by an artist serves as a metaphor for the complexities of existence and emotional experience.
