"...and she laughs without fear of the future." 🌸 Proverbs 31:25 Wow, "laughs!" This is one of the most common verses yet we fail to truly understand and sink this deep in our hearts. God reminds us in this verse to not let worry and fear cripple their roots into our fragile hearts. When being faced with a situation where our future becomes blurry and seems to be falling apart, our default mode is to shrink and worry or to cower and fear. Giving in to fear and worry depletes our hope for the future and exhausts our faith in Jesus Christ. We battle fear and worry by yielding in the Word of God and by His grace! Do you know how many times "Do not fear" is written in the Bible? 365 times! It's God's reminder for us every single day for an entire year to not give in to fear for He holds our future and He has beautiful plans for it! We can laugh without fear of the future, girl! It's so comforting that the Creator of the universe holds our future. His version of "future" is entirely better than what we could ever dream of. Lay down your tomorrow-s to God. Let Him pick it up. He goes before us, He goes ahead of us. He's been there. Have a great Sunday! Laugh, rejoice! Much much love, Ayu. 🎀✨

Valentines Day. All about love. Have you ever wondered where does that feeling come from? (yeah from the bottom of our hypothalamus) but really, how can we love? The answer is in this verse in 1 John. We can love because HE FIRST loved us! He loved us even though He knows He wouldn't receive the same love He has for us. He died for us WHILE WE WERE YET SINNERS. If we are faithless, HE WILL REMAIN FAITHFUL. That's the Jesus who loves everyone unconditionally. That's the Jesus who is the ONLY way for you to be reconciled with God. He longs for you to have a relationship with Him. If you dont have yet a boyfriend or girlfriend or a special someone this season, IT's OKAY. Jesus loves you!!! He's the best lover ever. Because He will never ever give up on you and He loves you with an everlasting love. ❤ Dance with Jesus first and He will let the perfect man come in 😊 He knows you more than you know yourself. Do not awaken love until it so desires. Everything will be beautiful in Jesus' time 😎 Happy valentines day!!! ;)

Put your Jesus (love) glasses on! 😍 How can you find the goodness and beauty in someone if all you're looking at and focusing on is their ugly side? We all have those 'ugly sides' yet Jesus loves us just the same. 😉 While we were yet sinners (ugliest!) Christ died for us! Wow! 🙌 We all have those people who irritate and annoy us even if they're not doing anything (guilty 😔) but hey, Jesus died for that person as well. Love covers over all wrongs. Let's see the beauty in everyone and let's just let Jesus change and mold us into His likeness 😌 Love unconditionally! ❤ Fighting!!!

How shall a holy and just God treat us sinners with so much kindness as to give us the greatest Reality in the universe (his Son) to enjoy with the greatest joy possible? The answer is that God put our sins on his Son, and judged them there, so that he could put them out of his mind, and deal with us mercifully and remain just and holy at the same time. Hebrews 9:28 says, “Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many.” Christ bore our sins in his own body when he died. He took our judgment. He canceled our guilt. And that means the sins are gone. They do not remain in God’s mind as a basis for condemnation. In that sense, he “forgets” them. They are consumed in the death of Christ. Which means that God is now free, in his justice, to lavish us with the new covenant. He gives us Christ, the greatest Reality in the universe, for our enjoyment. And he writes his own will—his own heart—on our hearts so that we can love Christ and trust Christ and follow Christ from the inside out, with freedom and joy. ❤ -John Piper Devotional, December 17 :)

What a wretched woman I am!

Romans 7 ❤ 14 We know that the law is spiritual; but I am unspiritual, sold as a slave to sin. 15 I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. 16 And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. 17 As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. 18 For I know that good itself does not dwell in me, that is, in 

my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out.  19 For I do not do the good I want to do, but the evil I do not want to do—this I keep on doing. 20 Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it. 21 So I find this law at work: Although I want to do good, evil is right there with me. 22 For in my inner being I delight in God’s law; 23 but I see another law at work in me, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within me.  24 What a wretched man I am! That’s the whole point of the cross! That you’re gonna fail, and you’re gonna stumble, and you’re gonna feel dirty, and you’re gonna feel awkward… and the whole point of the cross of Christ is that there be this mighty picture of His love and pursuit of you, DESPITE you. So the cross is necessary because of you, but its also the picture we have of just how far God is willing to go because He loves you. You gotta understand God’s deep and abounding love for you.

God provides! Izza's Phantom of the Opera Tickets from Jesus

Sep 22, 2012 - Saturday Night, me and my sis Izza walking at Greenbelt

Izza: Ate...... Gusto ko talaga manood ng Phantom :( :( Kaso sobrang mahal ng tickets.... Huhuhuhu :(

Me: Hay nako... Kung gusto ka talaga papanoorin ni God niyan, by ALL MEANS HE'LL DO EVERYTHING for you to be able to watch it!

Izza: *hopes up* OKAY :D :D

*Then we went home already.....*

Izza: OMG ATE! May student discount na daw sa Phantom Tickets!!!!! Tapos meron pang other discount!!! From 3.8k to 1.5k na lang!!! (I dunno the exact prices pero nasa range nito... Di ko na maalala hahahaha correct ko once I ask Izza)

Me: TOLD YOU! Si God talaga hindi nag dedelay yan <3 If He wants to bless you--- He will really bless you!!!

Sep 23, 2012 - Sunday, on our way to Church

Izza was contemplating if she'd go to NBS to buy tickets kasi baka maubusan siya. But she sought God first and attended the 4PM service with me. We just prayed na meron pa ding tickets and after the amazing service, we rushed to NBS while praying na sana may tickets pa din and maganda ung seats.

Lo and behold, binigay pa din ni Lord sa kanya yung tickets and good seats! :) Grabe. I was reminded of Matthew 6:33

"Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness and all these things will be given to you as well."

It was priceless seeing my sister with her ticket. Lalo na na this one's a testimony of how faithful God is. Na His blessings WILL NOT DELAY. :') Let's just seek HIM FIRST!

Grabe diba? Wala pang ilang oras sinagot agad ni Lord ung gusto ni Izza! God is not a KJ God! God wants to bless you! He's a rich God!!! He'll do everything just to fill you up with unspeakable JOY coming ONLY FROM HIM! Superior satisfaction in God <3 Grabe! Super amaaazing!
