I think you just need to notice the tenses ..

For example: he has played a crucial rule >> he played

It has been loaned>> it was loaned

As you are talking about past events and died person!

Here i am going to answer some of your questions and would like to see your answer as well to learn some new points to add on in below.

3. This Company is a well-known industry leader.

Your company is a reputed organization and to build a future with a reputed organization is just like entering in the world of opportunities. Your company can provide me a strong platform to utilize and improve my skills and knowledge.

4. My weakness is i never feel comfortable until finish off my work in-time.

5. I have been working with this company for a long time so i feel that now i am in a comfort zone over there and it would be a challenge for me to mould myself in a new environment and give my best, which would boost my confidence.

Moreover i would get a chance to handle new product range that would enhance my knowledge as well as experience.

Also would get an opportunity to work with and learn from some of the great personalities like you.

6. After five years from now i see myself at a post where i could use the knowledge and strengths that i have and to contribute well for the growth and success of the company i work for and would like to be a part of management as a good manager and to see that organization at peak level where i am one of the person responsible for it.

Hi houriyh, nice topic and questions .. i hope we can practice this oneday through a conversation .. here are my answers:

1- I like to manage people and be involved in interesting projects. I have been working for X company for the past 3 years, but I am looking for a new challenge right now. I like to do sports, especially football. I spend most of my free time reading or sometimes photographing.

2- i fulfill all the job requirements. However, I am sure some other applicants do fulfill it too. But I am a nice guy and always try to create a good atmosphere on the workplace. This helps, especially nowadays, when people are stressed and negative about everything.

3- i have a relevant experience and I am strongly motivated to work for your company, as it has always been my dream to work there.

4- I trust people too much. It is nice to live with such feelings, but it caused me many troubles in the past. However, as I am getting older, I can much better distinguish friends from foes.

5- My last job was not challenging enough. I was not motivated to wake up to work anymore. I liked my colleagues and boss, but I simply can’t keep myself motivated anymore. Based on the job description I really believe that I can find new motivation and challenges in your company.

6-I want to start a family and have a good job. That’s all I want. I believe that your company is a right place to start realizing my goals.”
