Social media

As it is called social media, it’s a device related to society and relation between its members. So it’s bridge between people. It can happen via different ways and media such as TV, radio, Internet, newspaper and so on. Their rules are necessary in our life. It causes to know everything about the whole world from inside and outside.

As time goes on, social media is developing; we must develop the skills to use it too. Today there are a lot of social media and we need to get familiar with them, because we need them in our job and life. Lack of knowledge in this area equals lack of good and best job and position.

There are advantages and disadvantages to use variety social media. First, it gets familiar us with different people, countries, cultures, news and etc. second; it can be fast and consuming-time e.g. doing online courses without attending the classes directly. Third, also all people in different level (rich or poor, kids or adult) and knowledge can use it equally and easily. But if you can’t manage your time and don’t use it properly, it can be wasting-time and disturb your life. Also there are some people who are abusing them. In general, if we use everything in real time and position properly, it can be useful; otherwise, it can be harmful.

According to my needs, I like social media specially internet more and radio, TV and newspaper less and more. Before I had learnt English, I hated TV and I didn’t need to use radio, newspaper. But now I need them more because of my major and improving it via social Medias. These days we need some social media like internet, Email in offices, university, college….. .

Now my opinion is changing, I’m trying to be friend with TV, radio….. Then I ’m trying to watch English movie and listen English tracks more and more. Also I’m keeping in touch with good and different people with different cultures and customs to travel in the future via internet. In reality I travel most of the day of weeks with talking to foreign people and we can know about them. Also we can find good friends who can help you and you can help them.

As a result, you can love or loathe social media according to your need and usage.

but

attorney and lawyer are used in the United States.

barrister and solicitor are used in Canada,the UK,Australia.

I just want to write more about the answer of first question”Tell me about yourself”. As per my understanding this is a warm-up question to start an interview and interviewer wants to know about background, qualifications, strengths and area of interests so you could reply as below

Hi, This is Praveen Sharma. I born and brought-up in AAA city. I completed my Master degree from BBB university. Now I’m staying in CCC city and working as a Manager in XXX company .

As far as my family is concerned, we are a family of 4 members. My father is govt. employee, Mom she is a homemaker and my younger brother is pursuing his MBA.

My positive attitude is my strength and it helps me to resolve any problem and take any difficult situation as a challenge.

I am fond of reading books and net surfing.

This is all about me and Thanks for giving me this opportunity to introduce myself in front of you.

it's good you talked about your skills and qualifications but i think it 's not necessary they know about your family bcz your skills and strength is more important and how can you use them in their company.

The second Cyrus of Persia commonly known as Cyrus the great or Cyrus the elder was the founder of the Achaemnid(/əˈkiːmənɪd) Empire. The best-known date for the birth of Cyrus the great is either 600-599 or 576-575 BC. The reign of Cyrus the great lasted between 29 and 31 years.

Cyrus built his empire by conquering first the Median Empire, then the Lydian Empire and eventually the Neo-Babylonian Empire.

Cyrus the great respected the customs and religions of lands that he conquered. He is also well-recognized for his achievements in human rights, politics and military strategy, as well As, His influence on both Eastern and Western civilization. He has played a crucial role in defining of modern Iran.

One of his famous works is the Cyrus cylinder that is an ancient clay cylinder, now broken into several fragments, on which is written a declaration in Achaemnid cuneiform script in the name of Cyrus the great.

It has been displayed in British museum since its formal acquisition 1880. It has been loaned four times –twice to Iran, between 7-22 October 1971 in conjunction with 2500 year commemoration of Persian monarchy and again from September to December 2010,once to Spain from march to June 2006 and once to United states in travelling exhibition from march to October 2013.

UN published the Cyrus cylinder to six languages in 1971 and its replicas is protected in UNO, New York.

The British Museum announced that it's the first declaration of Human right. It is the biggest symbol of patience moral in Iranian culture.

Cyrus cylinder text includes:

*I declare until when I'm alive and king, I'll respect to culture, religion

and custom of nations and won't allow my subalterns insult other cultures and religions.

*I never force my reign to any nations.

*I'll take underdog rights from cruel.

*Everyone is free to choose every religion and job in provide that they respect to other rights.

*I want to fight against darkness and cruelty without sword..

you should summarize your skills and experience as they relate to the

job. Interviewer doesn't want to hear about your hometown or your hobby.Develop a few brief sentences that demonstrate you have what it takes to do the job.

2. why should we hire you?

you need to give specifics to show you are the best person for the job.pinpoint the qualities you have that are truly valuable to the company.

3.why do you want to work here?what do you know about our company?

show what you know about the company and how you would fit in.

4.what are your weaknesses?

turn your weaknesses into strengths.Make sure that you do give a real answer to this question.None of us is without faults, so don't pretend that you don't have weaknesses.

5.what did you dislike about your last job?why did you leave your last job?

say something positive about your last job.It maybe best

to say that really enjoyed many aspects of your job,then focus on how this new job will give you the opportunity to contribute more in a particular area that is key to the position.

6.where do you see yourself in five years?

talk about goals that relate to the company with which you are interviewing.this will demonstrate that you understand the industry and the company and are motivated to succeed there.

Here i am going to answer some of your questions and would like to see your answer as well to learn some new points to add on in below.

3. This Company is a well-known industry leader.

Your company is a reputed organization and to build a future with a reputed organization is just like entering in the world of opportunities. Your company can provide me a strong platform to utilize and improve my skills and knowledge.

4. My weakness is i never feel comfortable until finish off my work in-time.

5. I have been working with this company for a long time so i feel that now i am in a comfort zone over there and it would be a challenge for me to mould myself in a new environment and give my best, which would boost my confidence.

Moreover i would get a chance to handle new product range that would enhance my knowledge as well as experience.

Also would get an opportunity to work with and learn from some of the great personalities like you.

6. After five years from now i see myself at a post where i could use the knowledge and strengths that i have and to contribute well for the growth and success of the company i work for and would like to be a part of management as a good manager and to see that organization at peak level where i am one of the person responsible for it.
