Although he is a very extroverted person from first glance, it’s just a way he hides the fact he’s lonely. His backstory and things made him a bit insecure, but you helped him through that.
There are many things Kaeya likes to do with you during his free time, such as showing you his new skills, or overall very romantic things.
He loves showing you how much he cares by asking if you need anything, or insisting on doing different stuff for you.
One of his particularly favorite things to do with you is just taking you out to different Taverns in Mondstadt and telling his stories to you. He’s glad he has someone to talk to about all of his adventures.
Now, when getting deeper into the relationship, Kaeya will trust you much more. He will help you much more often in different ways.
Since you helped him through his own healing things, he wants to make sure you’re happy just like how you made him.
His favorite parts about you? This is an easy question for him. He definitely likes your eyes, your smile, your—he likes everything, really.

You chuckle softly, placing another kiss on his lips. “Kaeya, dear?” You call to him, watching behind his shoulder to see if he would respond. You hear a small snore, looking back at his face, realizing he fell asleep, right here on your lap.
