Is it valid to use the disability flag even as a neurodivergent person? Genuinely asking

Being neurodivergent is something that disables you. Some may think it's not as bad as not being able to walk, but it still applies. If you aren't able to do things due to something you can not control, then it is a disability and you are disabled. So yes, I would think it is valid.
