Well, Boxy Boo is a different one, most Jack in the box are clowns, some examples here:

While Boxy Boo is this fluffy thing with springs, very different from Jack in the box toys

But again, we don't know yet what type of toy Prototype was but we guess it was a Jack in the Box, it largely depends on your imagination/interpretation!

Yes! He also helps Ticket Taker on the taxes and other paperwork, even Pierrot had no problem teaching him to cook because he is a quick learner
