Feels like a good time to remind certain people that this is coming from Judith Butler, who is not just a leading feminist philosopher, but also THE COFOUNDER OF QUEER THEORY

The literal cofounder of queer theory as an academic field says that abandoning trans people is fascist logic.

The voices in our community trying to exclude us may be loud, but they are not right, and they do not speak for the community as a whole or our history or anything at all.

Trans people belong here. We always have, and we always will.

ribbits been my fave character along with jax since before the finale but seeing her come to life just made me love her even more.

idk if anybody has said this yet but ever since the finale ive had one thing on my mind.

its obviously really great that caines given the humans free reign over the circus so now they can do whatever they want, like thats a big improvement from before. but i cant help but think of the final season of the good place when they finally make it to the good place and find that the people there have become happiness zombies after millennia of a perfect afterlife. theyve run out of things to do and nothing stimulates them anymore but they cant escape because theyre there for eternity. only after theyre given the option to leave and like permadie or something do they start to feel happy again. after all, death is what gives life meaning. one of the biggest reasons every day is meaningful is bc one day it will end.

the humans are stuck there, and i dont think they were ever given a way out. eventually theyll outlive their real life counterparts and theyll run out of ideas for adventures to go on and then what? would they abstract? or maybe would the server that contains the circus be destroyed somehow, if thats how it works and only then would they be truely free? could caine delete their files? would he if they asked?

i feel like eventually theyd all abstract because forever is a long time to do absolutely nothing. im not sure who'd be the last to go but i feel like itd be kinger. but maybe hed also want to reunite with his wife or something and would be the first to abstract idk.
