U can appreciate Laura Bailey (Abby's voice actress) empathizing and acting like Abby while she's fighting with Ellie

For the ones who can't recognize the specific moment, Abby is getting stabbed by Ellie on her shoulder: it's a very gore scene and I can't deny I had watched this a lot of times, not just for the esthetic (which is very emotional and realistic), but also because we can hear for the first time Abby screaming.

She always talked in a low voice, only when it's necessary: we heard her crying, gasping and yelling at Ellie, but never screaming; so we heard her real voice, and it's so nice

Laura Bailey did a really good job, she helped with her voice acting and mocap making Abby the major character we can actually see

when lev runs off to go to the island and get his mom it reminds me so much of when ellie steals a horse and runs from the dam in the first game. just the style of it, the suddenness and the shock and the way the characters all jump into action, i don’t know the two scenes just felt so similar to each other. i was half expecting abby to ask yara “does he pull these kinds of stunts often” and yara to respond “nothing like this” before i remembered that that was dialogue from the first game and not the second
