So I guess I didn't realize how tired I was. I come home & sit in the recliner in my room. Next thing I know I'm waking up 3 hours later & it's 8:30pm lol. Got up & took an Epsom bath...oh how I've missed those. Sucks staying at a house for a week that only has a shower...no bathtub. Epsom bathhhh lol

Still not feeling very good today, but I'm finally going back home from staying at my sister's since Saturday. I've missed my stationary bike & dumbbells. Time to get back home & get at it. I've strayed from my eating plan a little this week & haven't gotten to workout as much as I'm used to so it will be nice to get back home & get on it! Time to get serious! I've got 10 months to go to reach my big goal! No more excuses! Only results! =)
