Heavy swings for lunch part two

Workouts completed! Time to relax in the hot tub and then meditate in the sauna. I’m having a bad body image day, but it’s pre-Friday, and I’m going to do what I can to make the rest of my day positive.
Overall good workout. Cardio was UGH this morning (can you tell from my HR?) because my thighs are SO sore from yesterday. I didn’t even check my pace. I was just focused on my perceived exertion (I check HR after, usually).
For strength, I think I did okay? I only wanted to load the barbell once, so some were easier and some were more difficult... there was another woman using the barbells in the same area today, and she was doing cleans and jerks, lunges, etc with more weight... age was hard to place but maybe late teens or early 20s, and she was uh, very fit. I had 2.5 and 1kg weights on both sides (remember these are “light” barbells) so I put in 15lbs even though it’s probably 16 or 17, but I round down and have no idea how much the barbell itself weighs. I figure a lower estimate is better than a higher one.
I’m getting so annoyed with workouts++ (look at my heart rate graph from strength training... it’s labeled “cycle” and I can’t fix it). I need a better activity tracker but I’m just not sure what will work best with my watch. I stopped using the standard Workouts app that comes with the Apple Watch literally over a year ago because it hardly ever took my pulse... I’ll have to look into something new.
