Making progress
Today was one of the best workouts I've had in a while. I've been frustrated recently because my numbers haven't been going up, but today I realized improvement isn't always about adding more weight to the bar. Today, I managed to hit my current snatch PR (90 kg) for the fifth time in 3 weeks. I'm starting to get a lot more consistent in my lifts and hitting more high percentage lifts. I feel like that bodyweight snatch is very close, and then I can start competing.
