Thing that, when someone creates a self portrait in its vicinity, the artist’s physical features are changed to match any features the portrait has that are significantly different to their own
“When we were kids, the Phonics Wizard came to our town to show off how the letter E can change the sounds of vowels. He turned a can into a cane, a pin into a pine. This one kid had a cap and he changed it into a cape, that kind of thing.
“And we loved it, we were all having a great time, but then he saw my sister and I, and he just got this - this look in his eyes, and then-”
She hesitated, worrying the coarse material between her fingers. “Things got pretty bad after that,” she muttered. “I know it’s silly, but I try to keep - her - comfortable. We don’t know if she can still hear us, or see us, or if she’s even still in here, but I like to think she is. I talk to her when I can, I leave music on when I’m out of the house. I tried to convince my parents to bring her with us when we went to Disneyland, but they didn’t - didn’t really take that well.”
After a moment, she put the ball of twine back onto its pillow. “Anyways. They tried to arrest the Phonics Wizard, but he had a plan in case something went wrong and he turned it into a plane and flew away. Last time anyone heard from him was when he turned Pete Crow-Armstrong into a box.”
A (set of) questionnaire(s), in the form of a set of papers stapled together, evaluating something in the one filling it out with multiple choice, yes/no, and scale from never to always questions. (If there are multiple, each questionnaire evaluates something different.) It tailors its questions (and the available answers) to target and exploit the person’s insecurities/problems/weaknesses and cause them distress. To this purpose, the format of the questions breaks down and degrades as the questionnaire progresses. This behavior is anomalous, but the distress it causes it mundane.
The answered filled in are erased once the questionnaire is unobserved for a certain amount of time, regardless of what they were filled in with.

A scientifically accurate zombie that can’t fully decompose and is still animate (if it could be 100% accurate, then that’s just a dead body).
Its bites won’t make you into another zombie, but it’ll still give you an infection as decaying matter enters a newly open wound.
If it comes into contact with SCP-447, then it will most likely [DATA EXPUNGED]. This outcome is way less desirable than 447 coming into contact with a non-anomalous corpse.

A man who claims to be (and by all indications believes that he is) 17th-century philosopher René Descartes and behaves consistent with what is known of him, but is demonstrably not René Descartes. He causes things to continue or cease existing by determining whether or not they think (i.e. possess or are actively engaging in thought), and stating his conclusion aloud.
Reclassified as Neutralized following an incident involving a light and generally inconsequential conversation about sports. Upon being asked about a team’s prospects of making it to finals, he answered, “I don’t think—” and ceased to exist without finishing his sentence.
A whole report about one single object who they thought was anomalous. Its tested for a long while and rumors spread about it through the ages. But, in reality, a janitor left it in a chamber long ago by mistake when cleaning

There's something at the bottom of the Pacific that's willing to wipe out your memory for you if you ask it nicely. I have no idea what it is, or how the hell I ended up over there in the first place, but I trust my own judgement about not wanting to know.
