hello. this message is for trans people in kansas who are looking to leave asap. I live in colorado, in a relatively cheap rural area. the hospital I work at is hiring a multitude of positions; the job is fine and the wages are adequate at worst and good at best. this is a trans-friendly community in a trans-friendly state. I am happy to act as a reference for you and am happy to connect you to housing resources. please hit up my ask box or email me. feel free to share this post with people who may need this information. thank you, good luck.
There's also a nonprofit organization based in Colorado called Trans Continental Pipeline dedicated to helping trans people relocate. If you need to relocate or wanna help others who are affected by this, here's a good way to do it. Stay safe everyone <3
Queer Relocation Nonprofit in Denver, Colorado
Since Netflix is removing She-Ra in January or something here’s a link to a Google drive with all five seasons <3
my lesbian ass appreciates it.
Is it really bad to say when I first heard this show was being taken off of Netflix I was filled with joy because I knew it would make the worst person alive miserable
I Hate how much I let her ruin for meeeeeeeeee
Guys I forgot how much I loved this show before my abusive ex ruined it for meeeeeee
I am literally adora I will put everyone else’s comfort before myself!!!!
i don’t understand how you loved this show but never saw me as more than what I could do for you!!??!????
The fact that you are out there walking around makes me sick to my stomach
Revive like a zombie JUST to drop the entire show google drive
For anyone who might need it
Save it for the future
just bc i came when you went pspspsps doesnt mean i like you. Fucking idiot
Everything’s the same but instead of using a sword to become shera, adora uses this kazoo
A black women on Instagram: idk but what noelle said kind of sounded a bit rasict
Some (probably white) shera stan: OmGOSh you TOok it Out Of CoNtExT! It Was JuSt A JoKE, WHy ArE YoU TRyinG tO CaNCEl sHeRA YoU SJw SnowFlaKE BitCh!
maybe listen to black voices instead of defending racism???
If you’re white you don’t get to dictate what is or isn’t offensive to black people
Also this will probably be the last post I make about this I’m just so exhausted I’ll be back to my regularly scheduled shitposting soon...
white people defending racism 🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢
If you’re white you don’t get to decide what’s offensive to POC
If you’re not autistic you don’t get deside what’s offensive to autistic people
And that’s the tea?
Y’all are so quick to defend and that is kind of scary like do you even know what your defending or is it more about who because if it was anyone else......
ik it’s talked about a lot especially in the spop fandom but i really hope this is an awakening for people that creator worship and apotheosizing is unproductive and unhelpful. what the crew said today was so deeply hurtful and ignorant. not only that, but the behaviour they displayed shows that this isn’t just a ‘lapse in judgement’ or a ‘caught up in the moment‘ thing but a dialogue, dynamic and literal joke that’s been shared before. when we let ourselves become deeply endeared towards creators, it hinders our ability to consume their content in a conscious and critical way, and when we do that, people get hurt. noelle and their crew, much like she ra, are very obviously flawed. remembering this, as well as holding them accountable for their words and actions, is necessary in a healthy relationship with the content you consume. at the end of the day, creators are not gods or super human in some way, they are people, and in this case, they are people who’s ignorance and privilege blinded them from something glaringly obvious. dismantling these reverent images we have of creators is literally the only way we can stop things like this happening in the future, not only in the spop fandom but in media consumption as a whole.
wow just heard about the she-ra panel. what a huge fuckin disappointment man
Picture ID of pictures 1 & 2: Screen grabs of Noelle Stevenson’s issued apology on Twitter.
Text ID for picture 1: Hey everyone, I made a very careless statement in today’s stream that hurt a lot of Black fans and fans of color. The implications did not occur to me and the lapse in judgement is fully, 100% on me. I apologize wholeheartedly and I’m sorry for the hurt caused and the trust lost.
Text ID for picture 2: I take responsibility of creating a safe and positive space for fans very seriously, and I’ve failed in that today. Thank you for making your voices heard. I will be rededicating myself to examining my language and behavior so that this failure will never be repeated. And for white and non-Black fans, please remember that I do not need defending and do not harass or add emotional labor to those hurt by this. I accept the consequences and will be taking serious action to make this right in any way I can.

Summary of the She-Ra stream tonight: Trigger warning — ableism, homophobia, racism.
Male staff member said the D slur. Staff made jokes about Bow’s family and slavery. Staff said Double Trouble is creepy with kids. Staff said Entrapta and Hordak are good disabled representation.

Screen grab of a Twitter thread conversation between 3 users.
Text ID for picture 4:
First user: I didn’t see the stream can someone please explain?
Second user: Cishet man said the D slur, called Double Trouble “perfect representation,” I’m sure there’s more that’s just what I’ve seen. (Picture ID: the second user tweets again); Text ID: wait, to add on they said that Entrapta and Hordak are perfect disabled rep um people were literally ableist to Entrapta on the show?
Third user: Please acknowledge the other hurtful stuff too, that whole panel was a mess, the whole crew should be held accountable and apologize for the things they said.
If you’re white you don’t get to defend the staff
If you’re white you don’t get to defend the staff
If you’re white you don’t get to defend the staff
If you’re white you don’t get to defend the staff
Why is everything that gets said/tweeted about a show or book series once it’s over problematic
Like shera isn’t the frist and it won’t be the last I had issues with some of the staff tweets from right after the show ended things were said that I didn’t agree with and I was like why do you still need to be writing in an alternative narrative to a show that’s finished
I know it’s hard to let your baby die but how about not ruining it for everyone else by making jokes about slavery and basically calling a fan favorite character a pedo
y i k e s
It’s even hard to not be racist
Also this confirms my belief that people that create stories shouldn’t be allowed to comment on them once the story was over
Why is it so hard for creators of a show to let it go when it’s over like you didn’t need to say this
Like god who knew even shera would suffer from what I like to call the jk Rowling effect
