Just a note on the comic:  It’s not to deride science, it’s merely pointing out that in an argument on laws they should be “Blind” enough that you don’t necessarily need a scientific argument to have a reasoned debate. Science is not always settled on issues, and sometimes you have to go on principle and still the “Rationalists” will often decry any discussion had without phantom experts. “I fucking love science” indeed.
