I think whats keeping me from advancing in my shifting journey is One: ADHD, can't focus for Shit. Two: they way i visualize/ daydream is in third person and not through my 'eyes'. And three: i want to finish my scripts before I 'shift' but also have no motivation to finish them properly... I am my own enemy
