-Nihilistic Crime Lord and leader of Phantom Troupe .

he is cold-blooded and not above inhuman mass murder, as he and all of his Troupe members casually and remorselessly commit crimes

He's a calm,sadistic when fighting enemy kills and murders them Brutally, he show no fear of his own death even anticipating it and his heartbeat is like happy living alongside.

The only people Chrollo seems to care about are his fellow members in the Phantom Troupe,after loosing one member he cries for him .

"I believe that we have a soul. So I want to fulfill my dead friend's wish... to wreak havoc".

Later on he orchestrates a massacre of Mafia members as a requiem to his fallen comrade and gave permission to his troupe to wreak havoc and kill as many people as they wanted. And they massacred the mafia .

His powers-

He's genius intellect and strategist and super human strength and agility and mastery of hand to hand combat and weapon specialist and his nen ability to steal other's powers and able to find enemy's weak points renders aids to him and makes him a fearsome foe and one of strongest character in the show.

His calmness during fights and seriousness around his troupe and unrivalled intellect and his powers and smiling often makes him scary.

His goal is to steal as much as he can .
