I know there’s a lot of bad shit that’s gone down this week with the VRA and the Indian Child Welfare Act , and I know that even the DOMA/Prop 8 ruling isn’t entirely complete, but it’s okay to take some joy in what little progress has been made. It’s okay to be happy for the good things that happen.

Fighting this shit is exhausting and you need to take a breath and appreciate the small victories to keep strength to keep fighting the shit that doesn’t go down how it should.
