Each of the Black Ravens has a bad family life, Tweeds being the only exception.

Crow:

His father left shortly befor the specter incident, but not before inadvertently introducing Crow to smoking. Crow’s mom didn’t take her husband’s departure well, and has since resorted to drinking her problems away. Crow can sometimes be seen in a back alley enjoying a cigarette, that is when he’s not working in the black market.

Marilyn:

While others may Fight, Flight, or Freeze, Marilyn Fawns. Do to her parents’ nonstop gaslighting and blaming her for their problems, Marilyn always tries to please whoever is a threat to her. Crow invited her to join the Ravens when he spotted her begging a petty thief to just take her money and not hurt her. Ever since then, the Black Ravens have been her family.

Nabby:

Nabby’s dad left when he was small, leaving a heartbroken wife and a fatherless child. Nabby was told from a young age to get a good job, and to never love anyone. His mother believes him to be the reason Nabby’s father left, and hates him with a burning passion. Nabby idolizes Crow, and tries to follow in his footsteps, despite Crow repeatedly telling him it’s not worth it.

This is part one. Part 2 will come out sometime, when I get around to doing this again.
