evelyn adding interest to a promise she'd made before everything else went down wasn't anything less than sasha would expected from the woman. they both knew she'd do anything to see her outside of work, and getting her to cook for her obviously meant it probably would turn into another night of them going to bed together, so it had made sense. "i wouldn't mind having a kitchen this nice to myself, but if you think i'm about to be in here acting like rachel ray without me forcing you to come in and help sometimes, you're wrong." she taunted. "and there better be good wine, or tequila, stocked up too if you want me cooking." after all, she certainly couldn't make it through cooking a full meal without a drink in her hand — it was the only way slaving over a hot stove was tolerable for her. and this would be different from cooking for her friends or just for herself, so the extra incentive would just help set the vibe. it was also how she knew her other plan would work, and as soon as she could feel the heat radiating off of the older woman's body, sasha knew she'd succeeded. taking in evelyn's question, she decided against a verbal answer, deciding to refocus on the house. "so far, this kitchen has me sold on this house, but let's see the rest." she agreed before gently pulling herself out of evelyn's grasp to follow the realtor. "this is such a big space for just you, ev." she commented back, even if she knew the woman would have her there as often as sasha would allow. stepping into the dining area, it was still a huge space for one, or even two people, but she figured if evelyn wanted to host anything here, it would be suitable. "you could definitely host your family here, or maybe even a friendsgiving. oh maybe even watch parties for the extensive amount of reality shows i'm about to force you into suffering through." she would have stuck to the family angle but since she didn't entirely know what evelyn's arrangement was with her folks, she figured she'd leave that open to discussion later. the realtor smiled at them as evelyn questioned the specifics of the house before motioning for them to follow to the living room. "this house has four bedrooms, or three and an office, and three and a half baths." she answered as sasha pulled evelyn along. "now, the living area is designed as an open concept great room. flows seamlessly to both the dining room and the kitchen, has the vaulted ceilings, and gigantic windows that let the perfect amount of sunlight in. you mentioned hosting here, and you could pretty much utilize this space as a means of everyone still being connected whether they're over in the kitchen or at the dining table. or, if children were on the table, birthday parties and sleepovers would give you ladies the peace of mind of being able to keep an eye on everyone from any point down here. one of the full baths and the half bath are down here too, so all of your guests could be kept downstairs." sasha's eyes widened at the mention of children, a line they hadn't, and wouldn't, be getting to for a while, she would assume. but she just nodded along anyway, not wanting to make the woman think she'd overstepped some imaginary line. "honestly, i think you could set this living room up like a movie theater: get the largest flat screen you could find, a comfortable u-shaped sofa, and a large coffee table that could serve as a great place to set up snacks. it'd be perfect."
